A small branch (kiosk) of the bank, open on weekends, unlike large branches. We tried to issue an instant issue card (unnamed), but we recommended contacting large branches with this issue.

I bought $ 150 here, after 3 weeks I carried 50 to exchange, so they didn't take it, they said mold, it turns out knowing that with a defect, they sell...Be vigilant, ask for a check of the currency for fungus.
