It's a very cool place, but it's probably interesting to see Gorbachev's cottage and a very nice beach here.
It is better to come in the morning and spend time on the beach until the evening.

The most cheerful, pleasant guide works at this Stalin's Dacha - he tells interesting stories with jokes. The object itself is in a fading state, inside there is an interesting Stalin's office (you can sit at his desk) and a beautiful room with a large table, a bedroom. There is a Gorbachev's cottage nearby - I recommend visiting it - the condition is much better and there is a picturesque seashore with a rock nearby.

The 50+ tour is a one-time trip, unfortunately, young people do not understand such things..
They have their own ideas..
Comments are superfluous, but no one would definitely refuse such an offer, to receive at least one gift...
18 dachas were owned by Stalin, 5 of them in Abkhazia.
The cottage itself has been preserved quite well.
Not big, only 320 sq. m., modest, quite decent,
everything you need: bedrooms, dining room, study, .. with good taste at that time, especially the hall... A very good idea, all separate buildings: kitchen, swimming pool, guest houses, guard house, summer cinema from the balcony - which unfortunately are in poor condition..
Well done, they try to support us somehow, but I would like to reconstruct - this is our history, this is our memory..
I want to save something for posterity.
Maybe someday they will get there and bring it to mind....

The cottage is located in a wonderful location, in the Musser Nature Reserve. Unfortunately, it is being destroyed. And more recently, they took excursions here, into buildings, talked about Stalin, interesting facts. It is a pity that historical sites are not preserved, from here the view of the sea is wonderful and the view of the mountains.

We were here on an excursion and as a result, the expectation and reality did not coincide at all. The territory is not monitored, dirt and garbage are everywhere, but they take money, they also could not tell the story of this place properly, they had to go and look themselves, because there were a lot of people. The cottage itself is empty, there is absolutely nothing that tells us WHOSE cottage it is. Old furniture, empty shelves, they don't even wipe the dust! We were very disappointed.

One of the four dachas on the territory of Abkhazia. A very informative tour is included in the price of the visit. The man-made bay below with sea water is also impressive - an underwater harbor for the evacuation of Vissarionych. The whole territory is very watchable and photographable) To visit.

I did not appreciate the 170-step hike as part of a sea trip to the pension Litfond- Pitsunda -Fish Factory-Musser for 1,500, from the word at all. There is nothing there, not a single exhibit, everything is gradually being destroyed. The cottage of the marked is a hotel, they let you on the 2 lower floors, the tour is so-so, it's better to sunbathe on the beach there, the entrance to the sea is gorgeous.

It was very informative and new for me to visit Stalin's dacha in Abkhazia... The object is in terrible condition (pristine appearance, so to speak - without repair) has reached the tourists of today. The smell of the era and full immersion in the past are guaranteed. A tour of Gorbachev's dacha 0 out of 0, I have not met such rudeness anywhere, I was on an excursion with a child, the road to Mussera itself is not close, we live in Sukhum. The guide Valentina showed all the rudeness and disdainful attitude! There was an excursion, the child went up the stairs, in the hall of Gorbachev's cottage, after he climbed 1 flight of stairs, it was said that he could not go up there, we immediately followed him unconditionally, and then it started... the child alone walks up the stairs with just such a face! While my mother was going up to pick him up, he naturally rose higher, and then from the standing crowd, apparently with a wealth of experience in raising children, he decided to tell me how and who needs to raise a child, to which I said there are children who, believe me, do not obey due to age, they are interested in going where they cannot!I added that now we will take the child and leave your tour, so you don't need to be so nervous, because the child didn't do anything wrong, he just went up the stairs. I attached a photo of the stairs.After that, Valentina followed us and closed the door! That's how you can take a tour with children who don't match the obedience statistics.
We have been living in Abkhazia for 7 years, I see such a dismissive attitude and rudeness for the first time!

Entrance from an adult is 300 rubles, children were not taken for 8 and 3 years, there is a cafe Chaika on the territory, a beautiful beach, a beautiful view, clear sea!the territory is very large and beautiful!the cafe was not visited because of the spoiled mood.

This is one of several Stalinist dachas on the territory of Abkhazia. Visiting Stalin's dacha, you feel in touch with history. Stalin loved Abkhazia and invested a lot in it. Probably the Stalin years are the golden age of Abkhazia, so much was built, landscaped and mastered. Now much of this (including Stalin's summer residence in Musser) is in a dilapidated state. Although much has been preserved, including some of the original furniture and furnishings. Visiting the quiet rooms of the dachas, you involuntarily realize how unassuming Stalin was, although the builders of the dachas tried to provide him with maximum comfort at that time. The fact that the comfort level was minimal is even evidenced by the fact that none of the subsequent general secretaries, to whom she inherited, ever visited her. There is a beautiful park around, a very quiet place, you can walk, go for a swim on a quiet beach, where there is a cafe with WiFi!

The place is epic, I advise you to visit. A beautiful relict park. It's too bad that nothing has been preserved, almost. Only excursions are allowed. The "guards" who are on the territory are more like bandits stupidly taking money from tourists for viewing) This is not for you to walk around the Tretyakov Gallery. They are allowed only to the cottage itself, the rest of the buildings are in disrepair. No one will restore anything, it's just that while it's there, they live like that-they take money for watching and that's it. It doesn't look like museum exhibits.

The tour is about nothing. It's easier to ask to walk without her. In my case, the tour took about 5 minutes of a quick story about how many times Stalin was here and what is in the neighboring buildings. The "tour" takes place once an hour at the beginning of each hour. Perhaps it's better to go on a tour of Gorbachev's dacha (I didn't get there myself, because I didn't want to wait another half hour). Entry cost 300 per person. This price includes parking, access to the beach, and excursions to Stalin and Gorbachev's dacha.

The toilet is like a country toilet, but without light, paper and all fucked up, I'm sorry. It doesn't close. Cafe.... At Abkhazian prices, it is quite a decent cafe, in fact, it is worse than the average dining room both in terms of service and quality. The child generally ran to get the bill, then carry it, and even look for 50 rubles for them because there is no change, and tips are not included in the bill immediately. We came with a tour from New Athos. It included a visit to Stalin's dacha and Gorbachev's dacha. For entry into the territory from each 250 rubles. The guides to the dachas were different. At Stalin's dacha, the guide gathered us at the door, told us to put on shoe covers because we would dirty all the carpets inside. He told me a few facts briefly, opened the door with a key and told me to go look at everything, and he sat down in an armchair at the entrance. Half of the doors were closed. The curtains are torn off. The floors are dirty with garbage. We walked around the rooms, not understanding what was where, and without much interest rolled out onto the street. They were forbidden to go out on the balcony, they said it was traumatic, they were forbidden to shoot on video.. For that, you could climb all over the rest of the territory, including the rotten pool and the collapsed food hall, as much as you wanted. And no one cared about our safety. After 15 minutes, the guide got on the car and drove away. Almost the same story was repeated at Gorbachev's dacha. 15 minutes of exploring a couple of rooms and a pool and they said goodbye to us, and so quickly that no one had time to ask where the exit was. No one got any satisfaction from the tour. What kind of service can we even talk about? Everyone just put the money in their pocket and that's it. The only satisfaction is from the beautiful nature and historical sites.

A great place to visit and plunge into the era of the USSR. You come from above along the serpentine. At the checkpoint 300₽ per person. Children are free. You immediately get to Stalin's dacha. The guide is an undoubted plus, both at Stalin's dacha and at Gorbachev's! The question is answered, interesting facts are added! Going down the stairs, you get to Gorbachev's dacha! It is interesting to tell how they built and who stopped it at that time, metal-plastic windows and doors of that time, mosaics, chandeliers, a swimming pool, carpets have been preserved! 5 stars for the guides, and for the fact that they seem to have preserved the objects!
