1. The location is perfect. The beach is within walking distance (some walked right in their bathrobes). Nearby are the Pineapple shopping center, and the BikiniBotton footcourt (who watched SpongeBob will understand), the Winter, Summer shopping center, streets with cafes and restaurants.

Breakfasts with a wide assortment: yogurts, eggs of all kinds (especially interesting are those cooked in tea), sausages, bacon, sushi, porridge (rice, oatmeal), salads, dumplings, steamed buns with and without fillings, duck, halal dishes, pastries of 5-6 types, soups (ready and you can cook it yourself), fruits (watermelon, guava, pear, melon, passion fruit, orange), juice of 3 types (kiwi, peach, rosehip), tea, coffee (please note that it is of different strength in different coffee machines).
3. The room was on the 16th floor (elevator by card). With a view of the sea (here I would say a piece of the sea). The building is so located that all rooms can be considered to have a sea view)). The room is large, the beds are comfortable. Boiled eggs, fried, muesli, yoghurts, rolls, butter, jam, tea, milk, coffee. Yes, you won't find cheese, but you can have breakfast without it. The staff is friendly. There is an audio translator at the reception, so there were no problems with communication. There is a Russian-speaking administrator, but it is difficult to catch him)) It's a three-minute walk to the sea. The beach is clean and sandy. By the way, we didn't see any sand fleas there) We went to the SPA for a massage several times - we massaged the body perfectly. Sanya Dadonghai is a wonderful hotel! We will definitely come back here!
PS: A strange situation arose during the check-in. The money machine did not calculate the amount correctly, or rather it did not count 100 yuan. Being sure that we had given the correct amount, we recalculated the money with the administrator. The administrator counted the money after us. It turned out that we had given the correct amount. Recently returned from a vacation at Dadonghai Hotel Sanya from 03.12. to 10.12. The hotel has a great location, everything is within walking distance, spacious rooms. Everything was fine, the rest was good, but until we discovered that part of the money was missing from the safe. The guide, representatives of the hotel and the police were immediately called. The police examined the room and left. The next morning, I went to the police station at 9 a.m., because it was said that I could not be late there, and I would have an interpreter at the appointed time. I spent two hours waiting and left there. In the evening, my friend and I were taken to the police again, where two more victims from our hotel were interviewed in front of us, money was stolen from their locked suitcase. At the same time, the hotel administration assured them that this was the first case of theft at the hotel, and if it had not been for a chance meeting with the police, then this version would have been plausible. The application was accepted from us, and that's it. Later we found out that two more rooms had been robbed during our vacation. We approached the representatives of the hotel every day, but we did not receive a clear answer, they tried not to notice us.
There may have been more thefts, but in all cases only a part of the money was taken so that it would not be obvious.
Be vigilant when choosing this holiday hotel.

We had a vacation in China for the first time. We watched a lot of reviews and videos.
The hotel is relatively new and interesting. Everything looks decent inside. Meals are breakfast only. But the breakfast is very specific. You will not go hungry, but by and large, except for eggs, bacon, fruits, buns, there is not much to eat, since there is food at breakfast, as for our usual dinner and lunch (all sorts of roasts, vegetables with meat noodles of various Chinese types, soups, fried rice, spices spicy and not very specific snacks, dumplings, strange steamed buns, incomprehensible broths, everything for the Chinese. Everything is too heavy for Russian people for breakfast). The child suffered that there were at least no pancakes. It will be difficult for small children to find food
The room is very large, about 40 meters, but the shower and toilet rooms are separated from the room by translucent glass and decorative grating. With an adult son, it was not very comfortable even to change clothes to go to the toilet behind the glass, I'm not talking about going to the shower and toilet. The view from the window is normal, although the sea was not visible much, houses, mountains, a military base that cannot be photographed. But they did not change the room, because it was still very hot outside to sit on the balcony. We lived on the 7th floor.
Separately, we can say about the giant bed 2.5 m by 2m. I have never seen such a bed anywhere! Very soft down pillows and a good high-quality bed. She was replaced a week later.
They cleaned well, quickly, every day, all kinds of bath accessories were reported every day, towels were changed every day, towels for the beach in the room.
In general, the hotel is a good 5 *, not Turkish 5* of course, a lot of Chinese, of course, everything is for them, a lot of Russians, Kazakhs.
There is a small swimming pool on the 5th floor. The gym is small, but you can go in (treadmills, ellipsoids, dumbbells) if someone likes to work out on vacation.
What was an unpleasant surprise, the hotel has a pool bar where there is alcohol, but no coffee- no! It was a minus for me. Although there is a pretty good grain coffee for breakfast (a coffee machine with different types of coffee beans).
I was also extremely surprised that you can smoke everywhere in the hotel! In the foyer, in the corridor, there are ashtrays near the elevator, although there is a "no smoking" sign near the elevator. there are ashtrays in the rooms, near the restaurant - the Chinese smoke everywhere!
The convenient location of the hotel is near the city park. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. All beaches are municipal, swimming in strictly designated areas. There has been a storm in recent days, the guards did not allow swimming at all, even to wet their feet. There are pros and cons. You can swim everywhere and always, but people drown, but no one will drown there.
Pineapple shopping center is nearby. Shops, cafes (with the same specific food and smells). Fruit stalls (mangoes and pineapples are the best I've tried).

Great location. Near the park, where all kinds of performances take place, 200 meters from the sea, near a large shopping center Pineapple, SummerMall and a bunch of other things.
If you come to visit centers with Chinese medicine or just relax, then the hotel is perfect for this.
The breakfasts are quite good, there is a large selection.
The room was taken with a sea view, large, nice, bright, turned out to be the quietest. The bed is large, the mattress is excellent.
I recommend the hotel if you come for a week and do not expect a super service for little money.

Here you can choose for yourself))) At the reception, all the staff do not speak English, and especially not Russian. But the employees have a phone with a downloaded translation application. So there won't be any special problems with communication. By the way, most local taxi drivers and shop assistants have the same applications. The sea is really visible from above the roofs, but it is hard to hear, I explain why. The most powerful air conditioning fans are installed on the roof of South China. In 2019, we solved the issue of changing the floor on the second attempt and miraculously lived for 10-12 days on the 17th floor. This year, the administration was adamant, probably sanctions, we lived on the 10th floor. I'll add a photo for comparison.
