I would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality. The breakfasts are very tasty (homemade), and the pastries - croissants and pies are simply magical, the staff at the reception is always very friendly, will help and prompt you on all questions. I really liked the cleaning of the rooms, the bed was changed every other day, bottled water, gel, soap, shampoo in the room every day. Slippers are changed often. For a 3-star hotel, very good service. The location is in the very center of the city, it is convenient to get in any direction. Quiet street. If in Batumi, then only to you
Ambiguous feelings, there is enough for its price category, hearty breakfasts, pleasant and friendly staff (namely, a girl at the reception named Maya), as well as a woman at breakfast. Timely room cleaning (the bed is not made) A pleasant location at the junction of old and new Batumi. But there are also flaws that could be removed even for this price: this is the ventilation system in the toilet, which is made through the window, which also smells damp in the room. The breakfasts are hearty, but for those who like delicious things, such homemade cooking (fried eggs, boiled sausages, cheese, sausages (for those who like Belarusian sausages, it's better not to take them), omelette, vegetables, cottage cheese, pastries. The coffee from the vending machine also leaves much to be desired. There was an unpleasant incident: sour milk came across at breakfast, but according to the remark it was quickly replaced, the problem was solved and the problem was closed. For a budget overnight stay and picky people, it's very good.
The reception staff is friendly.
But there are many BUTS!
There is no promised parking!
There is no toilet paper, toothbrushes and SOAP in the rooms (you need to ask at the reception)!
And the maid (if there is one here at all) is not able to insert a blanket into the duvet cover!
For your money, be kind enough to provide yourself with toiletries and make your bed!
The hotel is nice, but we still have to work and work on the little things! And they spoil the impression.
