A few years ago, there was a decent establishment with a decent level of production, but now the quality has dropped below the baseboard. For example, the proportion of fat and solid cholesterol in meat pies has increased dramatically. In "medovik" and "crunch", the proportion of fatty cheap cream has increased dramatically. I won't buy anything else from them. It is quite possible that the decline in quality in such institutions is due to the constantly progressive level of marginalization of the Almaty population, whose requests have become much more modest.
