Excellent complex in the center of Downtown Burj Khalifa is visible from the window of the apartment. There is a swimming pool, a spacious hall. Within walking distance of Dubai Mall.

the building is already pretty shabby, you always want to wash your hands after using the elevator, the lobby downstairs also requires innovation and more attention, cleaning could be more thorough
