We were in a two-bedroom apartment, it was clean, cozy, and the ceilings were high, so there was no noise on the 8th floor or from the neighbors. Air conditioning in all rooms, heavy curtains that do not let in light. I was surprised that there is an umbrella in the room, it is nice that there are jainamaz (prayer mats) and the direction of the Qibla is indicated. The bed is made every day, water is brought, bathroom accessories and tea bags are brought, garbage is also cleaned every day. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are great, 2-3 types of porridge every day, 2-3 types of hot porridge with meat, pastries, a buffet, an abundance of fruits and vegetables, there is everything from sweets, French fries, fried sausages, sausages, boiled eggs every day. Juices, compote, ayran, various teas, coffee. In general, the food is varied. The shower hose in the Jacuzzi was not working and the water drained poorly in this particular bathroom, in the other there was a shower.
The water in the pool is comfortable, there is a hammam, a sauna, there were few people during my visit, the lockers were almost all occupied with equipment, I did not immediately find a free one. Overall, 5 out of 5. The only disadvantage is the location, it's a very long drive to the center.

It's a great hotel, it's big, it's even strange that it's only 3 stars. The staff is polite and courteous, everything is clean, the rooms are tidy, the cleaning is good, the breakfast is beyond praise. There is even a sauna, a swimming pool, and a gym. I liked everything, and I recommend it to the guests of Tashkent.

A Magnificent Hotel! He falls in love with himself at the entrance: a very pleasant fragrance everywhere, including bed linen. Spacious, beautifully decorated inside, large and comfortable rooms. Unlike many hotels in Tashkent, there is attention to detail: good beds and mattresses, excellent bed linen and towels, bathrobes, and everything you need (TV, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, safe, etc.). Normal wifi.
What else I really liked: a swimming pool (from 9-23), a sauna, a hammam (but a sauna and a hammam should be called at the reception and then turned on), a gym. Everything is in perfect condition.
A restaurant on the 8th floor with panoramic windows, an excellent breakfast (I would like it to be before 11, because those who arrived and settled in the morning do not have the opportunity to eat), a bar and a restaurant for dinner.
The staff is friendly, there are ATMs (you can withdraw money from the World of Sumy Card).
Regarding the location, yes, it is far from the center, but close to the airport. But! For an inconvenient location, they do not take a high price tag, which, unequivocally, assumes a Hotel of this level, an affordable price tag for a luxury hotel. And an inexpensive taxi.
Another bonus: there's a great coffee shop downstairs and an awesome steakhouse restaurant.

Fine. From the reception to the dining room on the 8th floor - everything is very good. The reception is perfectly in Russian. Polite, professional, not sleepy at night. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean, the bed is perfect, the cleaning is too. The only drawback is the really dirty carpet and artificial flowers everywhere. The rest is on top. Snow-white bathrobes and towels. The room has a kettle, tea leaves, coffee, water, sugar, wet wipes. There's a pool downstairs. There are slates there. It's slippery when it's wet. Sauna is a fire. The hammam did not work with us. Don't go to the locker room - the barn. There are great cafes downstairs. The view from the windows is industrial. But everywhere is clean and perfect. Fountain at the entrance. In general, for such a price - paradise. I recommend.

I did not like the hotel, first of all, the disregard of the staff. The building itself is cool, the rooms are equipped with good furniture and plumbing, the halls and lobbies are decorated expensively and beautifully. But as for the service, everything is bad here. Either the staff is not trained when applying for a job, or they pay and work, and as a result, the motto of the hotel becomes "And so it will do."
There is a maid's office on the floor, the door is constantly open, they watch YouTube videos all day, laugh loudly, discuss something, and some children immediately scream. It feels like you're not living in a hotel, but in a communal apartment.
After cleaning, they found hair on the bed that had not been there before cleaning.
The restaurant is fooling around in the evening with the whole staff. Until you ask, the waiter will not bring the menu himself. The kitchen doesn't strain either. For example, they cook chicken soup from a broth cube!
The breakfast is great, but you have to come with your own dishes. Because expensive, high-quality, monogrammed restaurant dishes may turn out to be wet or not completely clean.
Well, I don't believe that this hotel has such a low standard of service. Everyone is just messing around - from ordinary employees to managers who should control them. And the guests suffer

A very plentiful breakfast! They have a currency exchange service, at a not very favorable rate, but you don't have to go anywhere. When we were evicted, they charged us for a mini bar, and refused to exchange currency. At first they said that the ruble had fallen because of Wagner, which was not true, and then they did not change dollars, saying that they did not have any sums, although a couple of minutes before I had paid in Sums for a mini bar. In general, we have already used the material and they are not interested, we have spoiled all the positive impression.
