For six months of life, so many household problems related to repairs have been collected here that it will be enough for the rest of your life. The shower is leaking, the drain works disgusting, the walls turn yellow and swell due to poor water insulation, mold on all baseboards, broken doors to the balcony.
The person who decides all this from the DAP company, Master Yusuf, is generally a miracle. I have never seen such a disregard for my work.
About "convenience". The pool, which is presented as an incredible advantage, does not work for six months, and the gym is small and one of the simulators will constantly be broken. You can't come to work out at any time, only weekdays and Saturdays.
Of the advantages, only the reception staff are polite.
