I signed up for a consultation with an orthodontist, specifying in advance that I already have braces. When I asked where I could leave my outerwear, I was offered to put it right on the table in the doctor's office. The orthodontist examined and reported that the clinic does not treat braces installed elsewhere. Why couldn't it have been said right away in the correspondence? Why was it necessary to spend an hour and a half of my time on something that could be found out in a minute?
