It is clear that there are not enough Georgians for all establishments. The chef. None at all. We could have sent this local chef to Georgia for an internship. Definitely there is no smell of Georgian cuisine there.

I love this restaurant chain. But the metropolitan branch surprised me - the chef seemed to be in love. The food was too salty. It was in winter. The infrared heater warmed only the ground floor. It was cool on the balcony.
I like this network in Almaty more.
A restaurant is primarily a kitchen. The cuisine here is pseudo-Georgian. Of the whole big dinner, I liked only khachapuri. The wine is only from some unknown factory in Tbilisi with the taste of wine concentrate. In general, there will definitely be no desire to visit again. There are no comments on the staff and the environment, everything is fine.
It just so happened that I got into this restaurant chain. The impressions are the same as from the point on Republic Ave. There's a solid three for the menu, and only for the grilled beef tenderloin. A place to satisfy hunger, but no longer to satisfy the desires of a gourmet.
The service is excellent, but the kitchen has simply not been able to get up from its knees for the last 2 years... Khinkali - the dough is viscous, the minced meat does not reach the recipe. Khachipuri in Adjarian - spoiled in the end - on a thin dough baked to dry bread, and yes - now you can immediately divide it like a pizza so that you do not suffer. Dalma is a good grape leaf, but there is more rice inside than minced meat. The cradle is too salty as always - probably so that it can lie for a week before ordering.
This is a wonderful place! The food is very tasty. We have been there several times, we always ordered different dishes and everything is delicious. Even something is difficult to distinguish. Khachapuri in Adjarian probably ordered grilled mushrooms every time. The service is wonderful.
