Words cannot express how disappointed my friends and I were. We came here because abr has always pleased with its service, as a result:
1. The service is like in a kebab shop. No reply, no greetings. The waiters NEVER asked us how the food was, how we were doing in general. We carried the side dish with the main dish for so long that we had already eaten the main dish.
2. They cook for a very long time. The Khinkali waited an hour. As a result, they simply abandoned them.
3. But one of the portions of khinkali still reached us, so the review on khinkali will be like this: "mediocre, about nothing." I put 2* for them, no more
4. Assortment. HOW CAN a GEORGIAN RESTAURANT have the following khinkali selection:
- with beef
- with SALMON
- "mini khinkali".
What is this all about? What does salmon have to do with it and where, for example, is mutton?
5. There are 2 positions of beer. Paulaner and Zhiguli. The first one costs 4 times more than in the store.
6. Khachapuri for 2* out of 5
7. The salad was too salty. I don't know how you can ruin a beetroot salad...
8. The salad with fried eggplant was so cold that it hurt my teeth.
In general, we don't set foot in this place anymore. And it seems that we no longer have unconditional trust in abr.

The crisis has affected the entire chain, the dishes have become smaller and the prices are higher. 😂

We have been to your restaurant many times. The last arrival on 27.09 in the evening was extremely disappointing. And to be more specific - the service. The waiter guy didn't come up for a long time at first, although he saw that we sat down and had already chosen. I had to call. He came up with a displeased face. Then he served me very "leave me alone". In general, his negative mood was well communicated to us. We come to the restaurant for positive emotions, and not to look at how a person hates his job with every cell. By the way, I also had to ask for the bill, they did not approach the table at all - they did not remove the plates, it was not elementary to see if everything was OK. Perhaps we won't come again.

A great Georgian restaurant. I would especially like to mention the beetroot salad in Saperavi, you will not regret it, it is a plague. There are small flaws in the form of stained tablecloths and napkins, it is not very pleasant when they cover the table with supposedly clean napkins and a tablecloth with stains. It is inexpensive to fix this, but it will not spoil the experience one iota.

I was passing by and decided to stop by for a snack, ordered a latte and khachapuri in Ajarian (double).
It was my first khachapuri and I liked it, but the latte had a burnt taste
Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it for a long time, and the khachapuri turned out to be very satisfying, as a result, I asked to pack half.And here there is a small nuance, the fact is that khachapuri is stout and gradually thickens, but they packed it in foil and put it in a branded cardboard package. I knew from personal experience that the whole thing would float, but the waitress said that it was almost thick and she packed everything well. I took my word for it, and as a result, a wonderful combination of egg and butter was waiting for me at the bottom of my backpack in the evening.
