It seems to have everything - modern offices, a sports club, a cafe and a restaurant, a closed parking lot, the proximity of the metro and other transport, a hotel, etc. But for some reason it feels like the business center is half empty. Maybe the prices are too high, maybe the area is not passable.
If you plan to rent an office there, think again. The temperature control of the air conditioner may not work in the room. And you can just sit in a 21 degree room. But there are also beautiful and pleasant rooms, I do not argue. Choose your offices carefully.
