It's not a big cozy hotel on a quiet street.
Positive: quiet, quite varied breakfast, beautiful view from the restaurant, daily room cleaning, swimming pool.
Cons: the view from the room to the windows of the house opposite, the hammam is not working, the staff is rude in the hammam.
We stayed at this hotel from December 29 to January 4. The room was a standard double room with breakfast included.
The room was cleaned well, cleaned almost every day. Breakfasts are normal, of course, almost the same thing every day.
When we checked in, the man told us that breakfast was until 11 a.m., it turned out that they were until 10 a.m. and so we missed breakfast, so it's better to clarify the moment several times.
The hotel has a free hammam and a swimming pool, but you need a cap for the pool, which costs 100 lira. The girl told us about it when we went into the water. The hammam hardly warms up, the sauna too.
It's convenient to get to the metro and tram, and the Wi-Fi in our room worked well.
In short, this is a 3* hotel with a hammam and a swimming pool, suitable for spending the night, not for relaxation, because everything is not as cool as in the photo
We come to Turkey every year for work and always stay in more or less budget hotels, but we have never seen such a level of service, or rather its absence.
We booked 2 separate rooms for two people each through T bank, these smart guys put us in a room for 4 people and refused to change it for us (the hotel owner argued that it was UNPROFITABLE for them), as a result, we paid extra for a separate room.
There 's nothing in the room but slippers , tattered towels , and cheap shampoo that doesn 't even wash , and shower gel .
In the double room, where there is a double double bed, for some reason there is also a small bed .
The room card deteriorated every day and I had to go down to the reception to magnetize it ( this was a problem not only for us, but also for the neighbors nearby, I noticed several times).
There is no tea or water in the room, they SIMPLY offer to go buy it themselves, when they asked for a kettle, they brought it for some reason with rotten there was water inside , the smell was like from the toilet , I was honestly shocked.
There were women with children in front of us , who seemed to be smoking around the clock , and the smell was all coming to our room ( we are non-smokers ) . They didn 't respond to our complaint either .
There is no cleaning in the room, everything is dusty and dirty.
In general, from the bottom of my heart, I do not recommend ever staying there.
The only advantage for those who buy at the market for work is a convenient location, well, and friendly staff, they are hostages of the greedy owner of the hotel, who does not care about the organization of comfort for visitors
