It's not a big cozy hotel on a quiet street.
Positive: quiet, quite varied breakfast, beautiful view from the restaurant, daily room cleaning, swimming pool.
Cons: the view from the room to the windows of the house opposite, the hammam is not working, the staff is rude in the hammam.
We stayed at this hotel from December 29 to January 4. The room was a standard double room with breakfast included.
The room was cleaned well, cleaned almost every day. Breakfasts are normal, of course, almost the same thing every day.
When we checked in, the man told us that breakfast was until 11 a.m., it turned out that they were until 10 a.m. and so we missed breakfast, so it's better to clarify the moment several times.
The hotel has a free hammam and a swimming pool, but you need a cap for the pool, which costs 100 lira. The girl told us about it when we went into the water. The hammam hardly warms up, the sauna too.
It's convenient to get to the metro and tram, and the Wi-Fi in our room worked well.
In short, this is a 3* hotel with a hammam and a swimming pool, suitable for spending the night, not for relaxation, because everything is not as cool as in the photo
Hello dear tourists. The service in this hotel is very poor and inhospitable, I did not like the first day I was checked in, it was at night , we were put in a room for the disabled , we closed our eyes until the morning, ate in the morning as we changed the room, then the room is dirty, the window sills are dirty , there are practically no bathroom accessories, the TV is only in Turkish , there is no room drinking water, lighting is generally weak, Wi-Fi is weak, the sauna is constantly turned off , but the visit is included in the room rate , the safe does not work, I do not advise staying in this hotel. And there are no words about the restaurant, it is very cozy there, the restaurant staff is good.

Very cool hotel, we liked everything. The location is very convenient to public transport and attractions, close to shops and cafes, the hotel is clean everywhere, delicious breakfast on the 8th floor terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. We will be happy to come back again in sha hello. By the way, the prices are reasonable, which is important for a tourist

I sincerely consider myself an unspoiled tourist, because mainly I want to sleep comfortably and take a shower after a busy day. But basic things like the Internet, for example, should be in the room by default. But, alas (
Among the advantages: convenient location, within walking distance of three different metro lines and the opportunity to walk to the historical center. Next to the Theodosius cistern with a beautiful light show. Also, the breakfast is quite excellent, varied every morning and with a view of the boats and roofs. The room was cleaned every day.
Of the cons: everything else(
The Wi-Fi is just terrible, there was practically no Wi-Fi. Arriving with a laptop, I had to give myself expensive roaming Internet from my phone, which cost a round sum. And during those breaks when he was working, the iPhone showed a notification that the network was blocking protected dns traffic, and Internet activity was being monitored!
The hammam did not work, and this was the main reason for choosing this hotel, because there were options with a higher rating of the hotel. I went down to steam, the girl at the reception charged 75 euros)) I started explaining that I was staying at this hotel and everything should be free. After five minutes of dialogue (as soon as I said that it should be free, the girl suddenly stopped understanding me), they said that yes, they were wrong, and I could enter the pool for free, but only in a cap (which I took with me, having read the reviews in advance). After warming up in the sauna, I went into the hammam and did not feel the difference in humidity at all. Although the girls said "its working", but of course nothing worked. The humidity level was no different from what it was in the hallway.
The room is economy, but very small even for one person. To reach the hair dryer, I had to squeeze between the toilet and the sink. The window in the economy room had a view of the ventilation shaft, from which there was not a drop of fresh air in the room at all, and of course I did not understand what the weather was like outside. There is an eternal noise and rumble in the corridor, the neighbors sat in chairs near the door half the night and screamed like crazy. Everything is badly battered and in need of repair for a long time. There is no drinking water in the room, I bought it at the stall myself for 15 lire. No kettle, no tea, no coffee either.
There was a feeling that they had not heard about the Turkish service here, they had never had to deal with such conditions before. The economy room can't be that economical.
An excellent restaurant, also on the seventh floor, with a beautiful panorama (even in December). Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. Sauna, hammam, swimming pool, gym. (Although there was no bathrobe in the room and no kettle).
The restaurant has the most awesome fish (grilled salmon)
There is a problem with the Russian language. The spa area resembles a public bathhouse..The rooms are so-so..
they did not check in before 11 a.m., referring to room cleaning, although they booked two weeks in advance.as a result, they settled into an unmade room.it was probably the only hotel in my memory where there was an electric kettle, but no tea, no coffee, no sugar.to the remark of the lack of tea and coffee, they replied that it was for a fee.then why the kettle, if you can't bring your own coffee and tea to the room either. and for some reason, "suddenly" the staff stopped understanding Russian.in general, I do not recommend it. I have stayed in other hotels more than once, but I have not met such a "service".
