I will tell you my story of interaction with this company.
I have no questions about the quality of the bags or their price. I have big questions about the service.
At the end of January, I noticed a defect on the bag. The zipper began to move away from the fabric. The bag was already half a year old.
I contacted the guys and agreed to repair under warranty. I gave the bag for repair, there are no problems.
I picked up my bag from the repair in APRIL. During this period, the deadlines were shifted and I was warned that the repair would be delayed for two months due to the workload at the factory and I accepted the conditions and made concessions.
At the end of March, two months later, I was told that the bag would be ready from March 25-29, and on March 29, the deadline for the beginning of April was shifted.
As an apology, I was offered an accessory as a gift (I'm still wondering what's in there), which will be in the bag.
I picked up the bag and when I went home I found that there was no accessory. He informed us about this and we agreed on delivery this Tuesday, i.e. yesterday.
No one even contacted me yesterday. If it's a prank, then just say it and we'll laugh together.
Well ... I have no complaints about the quality, but the service was wrong at every stage.
I made an order before the New Year in Russia as a gift to my husband. We worked for about a week, and the delivery went on for another 5 days. After the New Year, my husband discovered that an additional ring was not sewn to the bag, to which an additional belt is attached (and there is a separate fee for each belt). They were returned back to Minsk at the expense of the organization (your managers do not know how to create orders in sdek the first time, they had to write three times that there were errors in the order). After delivery to the Minsk warehouse, the bag was picked up for revision only 5 days later. 90% of the staff referred to the sick leave. They promised to put it as a priority, but there was no priority, this ring was sewn on for two weeks, and this is more than sewing a bag. From which I conclude that we take all orders, but such a number is not calculated for the staff and their activity. In general, they promised to put a gift as compensation and gave a 10% discount on the next order. But I won't order anything else there. The bag was returned in its corrected form, no present was placed (apparently they were offended that the client was outraged at your lack of service, or they simply forgot the next stage). I have all the screenshots if anything. But this was the second and last order in this store.
