Today, 08/20/24. I visited the store on Mazurova. There were no words for people at all, but it was the same with onions. 2 saleswomen worked on meat and cutlets, one served a customer who could not choose a piece of brisket for a long time. I asked the second saleswoman what she could recommend from the cutlets, but she said that until the only customer was served, she would not tell me anything. When I asked about the first saleswoman, she replied that she was just correcting the meat. When the woman was served, the seller simply left. I was shocked, I didn't set foot in this store anymore. Such sellers should be driven away. I bought galantines in the finished goods department, and went to the next store for cutlets. Shame on the saleswoman who likes to create queues and doesn't like her customers!!!

In your other stores, sellers compromise during rush hour, they can serve the products of another department, and at Mazurov they immediately refuse, although they stand and do nothing. It is necessary either to add sellers to the raw products, and to reduce them in the finished products. Although I live nearby, I stopped going to the store. If I visit Sovetskaya Street, I go in. You lose a lot of customers.

Both in the raw meat department and in the finished products department, and if you go for bread or milk, for example, you get tired of standing in line because people stand behind sausages and take quite a lot, and not everyone knows what they want to buy, so they get advice from sellers. In the raw meat department, there is one queue for two cash registers and it turns out that people, not knowing this, go immediately to the second cash register, bypassing the entire queue, sellers usually do not notice this or do not want to notice, therefore conflict situations often arise. I would like the store management to organize this work in a different way.

When there were 3 people left in the queue, one of the sellers began to put the meat on the counter. The second seller served. I was with a child who clearly did not want to sit in a stroller, I was naughty, I practically climbed out of the stroller, I tried in every possible way to calm the child. At this time, taking her time, the seller continued to put the products on the counter, then she went to wash her hands and a cloth for the table. I did everything slowly and carefully. We waited patiently. When she got free, it was my turn, but at that time a man came up to whom she was obviously more pleased than me. Smiling and greeting him, she took out the already prepared bag of groceries and began to count. To my remark that it was my turn now, the seller did not even look in my direction, the second seller also did not react in any way and began to serve me only when she was free. I think the seller behaved extremely unprofessionally. I draw the attention of the administration of the Gifts from Dawn store on Mazurova Street to the work of the sellers. I believe that it is necessary to post products when there are no customers at all. And this is not the first time when there is a queue, and the seller carefully lays out the showcase.
