Great hotel. Food was great. Rooms very well put together.

Quiet in the room
Prompt problem solving
They forgot the item at the check-out, the receptionist contacted the reception and quickly solved the problem.
Big bed
Comfortable pillows
Large room, comfortable
Snacks and drinks at check-in are a nice addition.
Minuses:
It's very cold in the room (solved the problem with the heater)
The heated towel rail didn't work in the bathroom
Initially, the room was prepared for 1 person, although two people were staying. This situation was resolved quickly.
The shower mount in the bathroom is barely holding on and the bathroom door is covered in streaks, apparently from humidity and it doesn't come off in any way.
Overall, the hotel is good. If you get a good number, then it's fine.

A good hotel in the center of Aktobe. The room is functional and consists of two rooms: a bedroom and a living room. The living room has a sofa with a table for relaxing or dining/ tea, a TV, as well as a workplace. The bedroom has a great bed, wardrobe. Kettle, tea, water are available. There is also a bathrobe, slippers and toiletries. Of the cons: there are few outlets in the room, a meager and not very tasty breakfast. There is a shopping mall and several good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel itself also has a coffee shop and a nice lobby bar.

Dastan! Great hotel! The rooms are beautiful! The business room is awesome! All wood and leather, carpet on the floor, cozy, clean, in three languages, the reception is young, beautiful! The girls in the restaurant are cute and pleasant, the restaurant is bright and the food is wonderful, the food is both national and varied, delicious and aesthetically pleasing! Satisfied! The bar is included in the ticket price!

A great and cozy hotel. The room is very clean and has air conditioning. The minibar is free, which surprised me. The breakfast is a buffet, the menu is not very varied (for my taste), but you will not stay hungry and it is delicious. We spent two nights, and we were satisfied with everything. The only negative is the mattress, every movement of the spouse is noticeable, as if you sleep on a water mattress)))

We held a seminar event in Dastan.
We were provided with a restaurant from 12-00 to 20-00 .
Guests have settled in the Dastan Hotel. One of them is a Korean from Seoul.
They also made us an amazing lunch. There are two first courses, two second courses, and salads to choose from. The morse was so delicious. Amazing cakes were served for tea!!!
The staff was polite and attentive.
Everything was a success!!!

I stayed at this hotel for only a day when I flew abroad via Kazakhstan. The hotel is large and modern. It is located near the airport, there are shopping malls nearby, but in general, as I understand it, this is still a residential area of Aktobe. Interesting interior, small, cozy rooms. The room has everything you need: a bar, everything for tea, cleaning supplies, towels, bathrobe, slippers and, most importantly for me, a hairdryer. Incredibly clean, everywhere. Excellent restaurant, excellent cuisine, delicious wine). The staff is very friendly and attentive. In general, I liked everything during my stay there. I'll give you a five!

Nice comfortable hotel, good breakfasts. But in winter it can be cold in the room, especially in the bathroom. The heating and air conditioning system is unusual. It's noisy in the room.

One of the hotels in the city where the service, design, interior, exterior are all on top. The staff service is super. The location, parking are all great. But there is one thing, but we don't have roads. We can say that they are missing. The pits are so big that you can give them names (as in America they give names to tornadoes). The asphalt is of poor quality. It gets worse and worse every year. With the arrival of spring, the asphalt is washed away.

A nice and cozy hotel, there are conference rooms, you can order good coffee breaks. That's just the liats are small, a lot of us arrived and waited a long time for check-in and went up to the floors. But very nimble employees, in another hotel they would have sat much longer waiting.

After the repair. Modern interiors, the presence of a sufficient number of outlets in the room pleases: two outlets on each side, plus several outlets above the desk. Excellent water pressure - it's nice to take a shower. The breakfasts are also quite good. Convenient location. Everything is nearby within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a family - 2 adults and a child of 9 years old. We booked on the hotel's website and got a discount. The room was comfortable, a cot was installed for an additional fee (an extra seat was immediately indicated when booking). Payment in tenge. There was no mistake in the choice. The room fully corresponds to the description and photo. All toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, and a tea set were provided for 3 people upon check-in. Breakfast was a buffet and included in the price. The food is very tasty and homemade. They helped me call a taxi at the reception. WiFi is available throughout the hotel. We will definitely come back again! 👍

Aktobe is one of the best places to stay. Good room stock. The condition is being monitored. Cleaning is done regularly. The rooms have everything including free snacks and beer! I haven't seen this anywhere. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The hotel is well located, you can find everything you need nearby. In general, I definitely recommend it. There are also conference rooms for events.

They say this is the best hotel in the city, I lived here for a little more than a week and the cost was about 10 tons.p/day. Everything seems to be fine, but when I flew to Almaty and checked into another hotel there for the same money, it became clear that a lot was losing out in it. There is no zest in it, such a special comfort, beauty... and it doesn't sleep so well. I lived there only because I couldn 't find a better place in Aktobe for this money . Breakfast is also a three-course meal. Conveniently, there is a good Shafran restaurant behind the hotel. If you know cozy hotels in Aktobe, it's better to go there

We arrived at 11 o'clock. We were offered either to pay extra for early check-in, since check-in is from 14.00, or to wait an hour, which we decided to do. We returned around 13.00 and were immediately checked in.
There were slippers, towels, bathrobes and bathroom accessories in the room for one person, but after calling the reception, everything was promptly brought immediately.
Two kinds of pillows, clean white crisp bedding, the way I like it.
The room is quiet, I managed to sleep peacefully during the day after a sleepless night on the road.
The breakfast is decent, there are porridges, pancakes, a selection of nuts.
It is worth noting the good location near the main attractions.

Good time of the day. The Kotra hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, I wonder who gives them stars and for what merits. It is very expensive for a simple room, for the second person you have to pay a lot of money for breakfast. For this amount, you can have dinner together and in a decent restaurant. A mini bar, which is included in the room rate, two cans of beer and 0.5 Cola. Nuts and chips are small packages. Funny. So I recommend that you think before checking into the Dastan hotel.

The furniture was patched up, the pillows were terrible, the breakfast was just about nothing, like a bunch of all sorts of plates, but there was nothing to eat, I was saved only by scrambled eggs.
The heating and air conditioning system is a bit strange.
