The room is cold, dirty, the smell of smoking people living nearby draws through the extractor hood in the room.
Bed : a sheet with holes, the blanket is tucked into a dark-colored bedspread, not a duvet cover, it turns out all the guests are covered with one blanket, only the sheet changes.
Bathroom: dirty, cold, icy floor. Plumbing does not work well, either the taps are fully open or the taps do not open.there are also odors from the risers of the entire hotel in the bathroom all the time.
Breakfasts: the guests eat, the waiters immediately put themselves on their plates, the pastries strongly give off baking powder, from this the baking color is greenish. The staff is constantly talking to each other, loudly discussing personal topics.
Location: conveniently got to the shopping center, McDonald's,Mosque, Airport.

Everything was very good, except for the sockets near the sink, the plug and the very short cord of the electric kettle were hard to insert and had to be installed on the edge of the sink. If they fix it, it will be great.

Excellent hotel in Aktobe, for local standards, there is almost no equal. Of course, the Sultan and Amsterdam hotels are competitive, but their building is not as vedic as that of Dastan. I can call the Aktobe and Ilek hotel an old one of our old era, the building is huge, but there is still someone to grow up to, even in Aktobe. Sheraton can't wait to open.
