I stopped when I was on a business trip. Like it. Clean, everything is almost perfect. Even the kitchen is in the room. The hotel staff strives to respond instantly, strives to help each guest. 2 restaurants. The restaurant on the ground floor is amazing. Everything is prepared with a soul. But the breakfast (buffet) in the upper restaurant was disappointing. One more thing... the boiler in the room periodically made strange noises. But, as I understand it, this problem is in all rooms)) To summarize. I recommend the hotel. If I come to Gilalabad, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

We were in 201 rooms with two beds. WiFi did not work in the room, there is no natural coffee for breakfast, we took a couple of klefets from breakfast to go downstairs with a cup of tea to sit with wifi, so we were not allowed, "eat here". Definitely not 4 stars.

A great hotel, probably the best in this city! The breakfasts are so-so, always cold, and not very tasty, but against the background of everything new, cleanliness and normal service, this is nonsense!
