I really love khachapuri, so I ordered this national dish in a Georgian (as far as I understood, judging by the name) cafe. I ordered khachapuri on coals for a sample. It was the worst khachapuri I've ever eaten in my life, and I know a lot about them. I tried it on his native land.
The dough and, in general, the khachapuri itself was very dry and tasteless! With it is unclear what kind of cheese inside, also dry (khachapuri itself looked like a closed tube), no hint of the smell of coals, it was cooked in the oven. The only thing that pleased me was the large teapot with ginger tea, which, unlike the dish, was very tasty.
I am not an evil critic, I write as I really am, I do not embellish, because I am an honest person. And I like it when I justify my client's money, spent even on services, even on a dish in a catering establishment or something else.
I really liked the atmosphere, it was very cozy and calm. Excellent service, delicious cuisine, I have not eaten such delicious Khinkali yet, I recommend everyone to try it.
