The Leonardo Art Hotel is located on the Tel Aviv waterfront, but among other hotels it is the most affordable. The design of the rooms and the whole hotel is very nice. There is a swimming pool, a bar and places to relax on the roof. There are many Russian speakers among the staff, buffet breakfast, varied and delicious dishes. The waiters are friendly. I didn't give 5 stars just because I once met a huge cockroach in the lobby.
Old renovation, shabby rooms, you will have ants in your neighbors. The air conditioner was not working. When cleaning, the bed linen is not changed, the floors are not washed - the purpose of cleaning is not clear. And the hair dryer and air conditioner still remember Brezhnev young. The hotel considers itself one of the best in Tel Aviv, so what about the usual ones? 2 stars for delicious breakfasts For every taste. And chefs swearing In Russian are priceless.
