We arrive, after a flight of six hours, we drove for an hour, we arrive at one o'clock in the morning, and instead of settling in, they say that you have another 17% VAT from you $ 130, since you have citizenship not only of the Russian Federation , but also of Israel. Let me explain that we have just received citizenship and are not residents (taxpayers of Israel) by law, we pay taxes in the country where we earn, where we live 75% of the time - this is the Russian Federation. We pay taxes in the Russian Federation. Therefore, we are tourists in Israel and are not obliged to pay VAT. But the manager (who does not have a badge, it is not known how his head teacher is, he does not introduce himself, and we filmed the whole "pun", he did not offer to solve this issue at all, only got along pay VAT or look outside) is it normal for a hotel manager? That's 5 stars! Service! I do not recommend it! Complete arbitrariness . Without a badge, figs understand who dictates their own rules, and in general does not address clients in any way and does not want to solve this situation, but only aggravates the situation! It's just that customers who have already paid for the hotel for 4 nights are simply kicked out into the street at 2 a.m. !!! Terrible hotel! The service is nothing!! As a result, he took $ 200 from us - like VAT (which was $ 130) did not return the change! I closed the cash register, didn't say anything to the camera, gave the room card and that's it! I didn 't return the change ! I just put $200 in my pocket and that's it. And as it should be . So much for the service , we were kicked out into the street at night for an hour ! 5 stars damn... thanks.... I ask the Administration to figure it out, if you still respect yourself and your name, in this situation, teach the staff how to communicate! The rules ! And be customer-oriented, not that's all.. ugh.
