The clinic looks fresh, the staff is polite, they speak Russian. I signed up for a family doctor on Unison insurance. The doctor listened to me and gave me a referral for tests and to specialists. Next, they signed me up for all the tests at the counter, and gave me the date and time of recording. I immediately managed to get an appointment with one of the specialists. The appointment went well, I was prescribed the necessary medicines, and sent back to the family doctor so that he would prescribe these medicines for me under insurance. Up to this point, everything was fine, but here I wanted to remove one star, because it is not clear how to get to the family doctor again so that he can prescribe medicines, because there is already a queue of people waiting for him by appointment. This means that in order for the family doctor to prescribe medicines for me, I have to call the hotline and make an appointment again. It is not clear why this is done, it is inconvenient. It is not clear why a specialized specialist cannot prescribe medications on his own. Otherwise, everything is fine, better than expected.
