It was the first time on this service, I take off one star for having issues with time planning. I signed up for 5 days after work, took time off to arrive on time, eventually arrived as I signed up and waited in line for 40 minutes, not a very convenient story, unfortunately, after me, a person also arrived by appointment and also expected. I understand that this is a renovation and everything may not go according to plan, but nevertheless, this moment needs to be solved somehow.
As for the work done: there are no questions, the car was driven in, everything was done quickly enough, I additionally wanted to make a collapse, the guys looked at the broken steering tips and said that they needed to change first and then do it, i.e. they did not stupidly pull out the money with the words "you asked me to do it"
They didn't leave the old spare parts, and they didn't ask what to do with them, I didn't really need them, and they could be scrapped, but in general, by default, they should be given away in services, wrapped in stretch film and given back, or asked if they could be left and handed over, that wasn't the case.
According to the price, they previously said 110 rubles on the phone, in fact it turned out to be 95 with kopecks, which is also definitely encouraging.
My impressions are positive at the moment, there is a lot to grow, of course, I believe that the guys will improve!
P.S. the only thing is, in 2020 I wanted to sign up with them to change the glow plugs, they refused, they said that they (candles) could break off and did not undertake to change, I do not know if they are doing complex work of this kind now.
