The hotel left the best impressions. A small, cozy hotel, with clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and very friendly staff. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is located on the territory of the historical and architectural reserve Icheri Sheher. Within walking distance of the embankment, metro, shopping center, Nagorny Park, Ferris wheel, fountain square. Baku is a gorgeous, beautiful, clean city, with a huge number of attractions, a city that you want to walk around endlessly. We fell in love with Baku and its hospitable people!
We had a rest from October 16 to October 19, 2024. We were very satisfied with the rest. Nice, nice hotel. It is located very well, on a quiet street of the old town. All the sights are within easy reach. The rooms are cozy, well furnished, clean modern plumbing. Daily cleaning service. Excellent breakfasts: hearty and delicious. Special thanks to the administrator Vlad for his kindness and assistance. In general, we express our sincere gratitude to all the hotel staff!!! Baku is a wonderful city, very friendly people, and perhaps the best attitude towards Russians in the post-Soviet space here. We recommend the country, the city and the hotel in particular to everyone!!!
A normal hotel, local in every sense. The reception service is available around the clock upon your request. Breakfasts are similar to homemade ones. Room cleaning is almost daily, but superficial. There is no imposition of services: by the way, you may not be congratulated on your birthday either. The accommodation is wonderful: This is the main star of the hotel. In room 301, sometimes there is a sound, it is unclear where the bits are hammering from, which interfere with rest. Let's be honest: if Four seasons is 5*, then DaVinci is not 4*, but a confident 3*+.
What can be improved:
1) divide the food on the tray according to the breakfast serving. There are guests who do not eat a mixture of sausage, apples and watermelon
2) keep promises. If you offered to change the guest's room to a quiet one tomorrow, then it's better to do it.
We rested 02.05.24-09.05.24. The hotel deserves the highest rating. Everything is fine! The location is the best, absolutely everything is within walking distance - the sea, the metro, a gorgeous park, historical attractions. The hotel has everything for a good rest and a good sleep - all soap and soap accessories, bathrobe slippers hair dryers toothpastes brushes. A very good mattress, it's a pleasure to sleep on it. The staff is helpful. the rooms are cleaned for 5+. The breakfasts are quite good. I recommend it to everyone.
We had a rest on 10/27.24-10/31.24. We liked everything, the location is excellent in the old town, the breakfasts are hearty, the staff is polite, and they also gave us a bottle of wine) Special thanks to Vlad for the rest!
Only the best hotel experience:
- excellent location (within walking distance of all the sights);
- friendly and helpful staff (all issues were resolved both at the stage before arrival and during the stay; special thanks for the birthday present);
- spacious, clean and cozy room, large bathroom, I did not notice any inconvenience due to the audibility (although I read that this is typical of all hotels in the Old City);
- delicious and quite varied breakfasts (pomegranate juice is super).
I recommend it!
Friendly, good, the breakfasts are average, eggs, sausage, cheese, fruit, honey, everything on one tray is true... when staying, guests should understand that in the Old Town all such hotels, i.e. the smell of antiquity is already present from the buildings themselves... I got a room without a view at all ❌We liked Baku, we just wanted to get into the old days, and live among the narrow historical streets... And hotels are certainly not very good for themselves... But friendly
!The place is great. In the very center, everything is within walking distance. There is a subway nearby. The hotel itself is small. The breakfasts are good - 4 options to choose from. Of the disadvantages, only tired carpet, towels and mattresses.
Everything is fine and wonderful, we did not have a view from the room, but most of the guests do not have it there, in principle, well, actually we did not need it, since we only came to sleep! The rooms are clean, the air conditioners work in the heat, there is always water! Breakfast - 4 combinations of eggs and tomatoes, coffee, tea... we ate too much. Quiet and convenient location, you can quickly get out of the old town, or you can always go back through it!
Nice hotel, very convenient location - in the very tourist center - the Old Town. the only thing that confused me was the loud exhaust in the cafe. The breakfast is not bad, the guys at the reception are cool. Everything is OK in the room - clean, comfortable - linen, bathroom, cleaning 👌🏼
The hotel only reinforced the overall positive impression of the trip to Baku 🥰🥰🥰
Oh yes, the view from the terrace 🍭🍭🍭
The location of the hotel is perfect! You are in the heart of the old town, always walking among the beauty! The hotel itself is small, but clean and cozy, with a delicious variety of breakfasts.
There is no elevator here, take into account when booking trips up the stairs))
Friendly staff, we were satisfied, I definitely recommend it!
I chose this boutique hotel with 14 rooms based on reviews and location. I was on a business trip to Baku for the first time. I really liked it! I got a room with a view of one of the city streets of the old city on the second floor. It was a bit noisy, but in the tour season it is expected. A large bathroom, a very comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, bathrobes, slippers, soap and soap sets including a toothbrush and toothpaste. Self-service tea/coffee set. The air conditioner is a little noisy, but it copes very well with the tundra mode) if you need to sleep at 18-20 degrees, this will be provided (it is important to me). Awesome breakfasts that are prepared in front of you from 8 a.m. to choose from: continental, English, national and one more. In the assortment, you can drown in coffee, tea, water and juices to choose from. I was very satisfied and I will be happy to return for tourist purposes! There are many cafes near the hotel, all within walking distance. The only thing was that my TV was not working and the water was running badly (pressure). But it didn't bother me much for two days. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
The perfect location, the very heart of Baku, but there are no souvenir shops under the windows, so it is quite quiet. A room on the 4th floor with a huge private terrace overlooking the fire towers, we spent all evenings there. The breakfasts are good. The staff speaks Russian.
Excellent hotel in the old town, includes a variety of breakfasts, 4 types. The rooms are clean, cozy, tea, coffee. The staff is attentive and will help and prompt if necessary. Within walking distance of a cafe where you can have a delicious meal and drink pomegranate wine). I do not advise ordering a transfer, the price is 4 times higher than ordering a taxi from the airport 14 manat (AZN). Money can be changed at the airport.
A wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient - in the old town, 5 minutes from the embankment. The staff is very polite. The breakfasts are varied, there is a choice, the portions are huge. I highly recommend the hotel!
We had a rest from July 9 to 13 in Baku , stayed at this hotel everything is just super , rooms , staff , breakfasts , location , everything is within walking distance of all the sights and the old town itself is also super
The hotel is cozy without frills, but the rooms have everything you need. I will note the breakfast separately - it is very tasty and the serving is interesting.
We stayed at the hotel from May 27 to May 30. The first days of rest in Azerbaijan were ruined due to a stop at this hotel. It's not the first time I've been to the country, my impressions have always been positive. But it was living here that ruined it!
1. Uncomfortable bed. Very hard mattress, hard and high pillows, all yellow (pictured). The first night I asked if there were other pillows, there were none, I had to sleep on decorative ones. The blanket is smaller in width than the bed itself. It is simply impossible to get enough sleep!
2. The curtains do not close completely, the room is bright at night. They asked the staff to fix the cornice to close the cracks, as a result, they closed it in one place - everything opened in another.
3. There is a gap on the door to the corridor, from where light also enters the room at night. But the main thing is that the light turns on and off constantly and with sound in the corridor. It's very uncomfortable, I had to plug the gap with clothes.
4. The staff decided to make repairs near our door while we live there - there was a sharp smell of chemicals in the room, it was impossible to breathe! We were offered to sleep in another room. They said this: sleep on the floor below, you don't need to move things. And the next morning they faced the fact: choose which room you will stay in, because guests will arrive. If the smell of chemicals remains the next night, you will have to sleep in it! When asked why they were doing repairs with us, they replied that the government had ordered it.
5. They took a service fee of 16 manats, although there was no warning about this anywhere on the booking service! The check was not issued.
6. A torn robe. On the last night, there was only one towel in the room at all.
7. After our appeals, they said they would make a compliment - I thought at least the service fee would be refunded. Because it is obvious that there is nothing to pay the fee for, and so the hotel is not the cheapest. As a result, nothing! They arrived and left, they don't care. When we left, they didn't tell us anything at all, zero apologies.
Positive score for:
- the breakfasts, they are very good, the woman who cooks them is super!
- noise insulation: you can't hear the street and restaurants.
Otherwise, I do not recommend the hotel for this visit at all. Yes, you can see that it has a good location, there is a terrace, but this did not smooth out the impression in any way. The staff simply does not care about the guests, the conditions in the hotel are not conducive to rest in any way.
Disappointed with this place. They spoiled the impression of the first days of vacation in Azerbaijan precisely by their attitude towards the guests. It's not worth the money and time spent.

I liked everything, the location is top, near the embankment, it was convenient to run in the morning, all the sights are within walking distance, a spacious room and a bathroom, hearty breakfasts of 4 types. The staff speaks Russian, is very polite, they were allowed to leave backpacks at the check-out.
A cozy, homely small hotel. To get from/ to the airport 10-15 manats by economy in Uber, depending on demand, on the official cab 35. Wi-Fi catches in every room, not only downstairs at the reception, we even watched a 720 movie in the room. 4 types of breakfasts to choose from - Healthy, English, Continental, Local. Everything is delicious and worth a try. On the 4th floor there is an open balcony with a beautiful view of the city, there are no views from the rooms, only inside the entrance to everyday life, so to speak. At the entrance, a tourist fee is charged, I don't remember the amount, something in the region of 14 manats for two
It is cozy enough, air conditioning, TV. The breakfasts are delicious, there are several options. But the local flavor under the windows does not subside until midnight.
DaVinchi Hotel Baku. You can find a website on the Internet. After I booked, they contacted me and then they were in touch all the time.
The hotel itself is located in a very good location: in the old town and close to the embankment, the carpet Museum, Little Venice, the Mall shopping center (there is a supermarket there), and the funicular to the observation deck with a gorgeous park (I advise you to visit this place). The rooms are good, we had a room on the top floor with a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the city! I will not claim that the view from the other rooms is the same. I don't know. The service is very good, two guys took turns working as administrators, very pleasant and hospitable! In order to take a break from long walks, this place is great! I recommend it!
We booked the hotel from 31.12.23 to 02.01.2024. Room 203 is on the second floor. The Windows overlook the courtyard, the pedestrian street. The room has a large bathroom with shampoo, soap, shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, air conditioning. The bed is large, the linen is clean. The pillows are not comfortable. The room has a refrigerator (noisy), TV, kettle, two glasses, 4 tea bags for 3 days, refilled water, safe. The staff is responsive - not intrusive, polite. Upon arrival, they paid a tourist fee of 8 manats per person (400 rubles), and did not understand why, since 1.50 AZN was written in the contract when booking. The hotel is very conveniently located - the old town, near the embankment, metro.
Only the best impressions of the hotel remained. I would like to thank all the staff for their attention, attitude, and professionalism. Special thanks to the administrator Vlad. I wish you prosperity and success. We will recommend the hotel to our friends)))
Hello. My review of the Da Vinci Hotel in the old city in Baku. We lived in 401 rooms. I must say right away that we booked on the hotel's website and stayed only four nights out of nine spent in Azerbaijan. The hotel is tired, the bed linen is stained, the carpet needs dry cleaning, the breakfasts are portioned and meager. There are no windows in the dining room, however, by and large, and there are no windows in the room, they overlook the courtyard - well, where external air conditioning units hang and they are noisy. And there is also the smell of sewage, not only in the toilet, but throughout the room. It would be fine if a room for two did not cost 110 manats per day + a tour fee of 16 manats for four nights. In general, I do not recommend it. By the way, about the tour fee: it was taken only at this hotel. We also stayed in two hotels in the old town, for three and two nights respectively. We just came in, watched, evaluated and...They sniffed it. A normal hotel can be found directly for 80 manats per room per day. Where the breakfasts are Swedish and the guys at the hotel reception will tell you and treat you to wine. We compared prices from websites and the direct price. It is one and a half times cheaper directly. If we go any further, we'll book for one night, and then look with our feet. Baku is beautiful!!! Azerbaijanis are kind and helpful. They will always help. I went from 04/20.24 to 04/29.24.
This is the second time in Baku, and we definitely chose this hotel again. The impressions are the best! The staff is very attentive, they will help you with any question. The location is super, the room is quiet, cleaning every day, the atmosphere is sincere, homely. I recommend this hotel to everyone, and thanks again to the staff for the warm welcome!
Very nice, clean hotel. Convenient location. The room was cleaned every day! Delicious breakfast to choose from. Friendly staff. Nearby there is a delicious cafe in the basement "Old city". Thank you, we had a great time in sunny Baku.
Friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfasts. There were shortcomings, but I immediately correct them on demand. Towels are replaced daily. Bottles of water, tea, and coffee were always in the room. I recommend.
The hotel is located in the old town. Very convenient, close to all the attractions, there are many different restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very cozy and not big, only 9 rooms. The room faces the courtyard. The room has a refrigerator, a safe and a refrigerator. The staff is very responsive, ready to solve any wishes.
A decent hotel for these prices, a place for 5+, the reception staff are great, they explain everything and help. Cleaning for 3, breakfast is not all inclusive, but it is edible and satisfying.
In general, the impression is pleasant, the manager kindly met, told everything, handed over the keys and we went up to the room.
The 4th floor is standard, there are problems with water, not a constant flow, windows to the inner well of the house where they smoke, leaks are visible on the ceiling.
The ventilation and the walls of the house are making a wild noise, everything is swaying.
Breakfast 4 options to choose from.
Everything is delicious.
Also one of the advantages is the metro nearby and this is the very center of the old city.
My honest rating is 4 out of 5.
Excellent location in the old city of Baku. Everything you need is nearby. Shops, restaurants, parks, the sea.
Russian is spoken and the staff is polite.
The breakfasts are good for such a small hotel. There are 4 types to choose from.
The room is clean. The rooms differ in size. Somewhere the room is smaller, but the bathroom is larger, somewhere on the contrary.
We rested from 02 to 05 August 2023, which I would like to note is a good room, service and delicious breakfast food. Convenient location - the hotel is located in the center! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The price per day is adequate - we liked everything!
The hotel is really decent. I've been there since April 1-3. There are great guys at the reception who will prompt and help with any question. The breakfasts are simple, large and delicious. The location is not much more central. In the evening, it's a pleasure to wander around the old town and eat in a restaurant. The hotel is definitely recommended. Baku is a fairy tale city!
In the center of the old town. The rooms are large, there is a terrace upstairs with a wonderful view.
I will separately note the most wonderful breakfast!
It is difficult to find without a navigator)
Audibility in the room.."hello to the neighbor")
The hotel is very nice. Full price-quality compliance. There are no disadvantages. Very comfortable and large shower. The location is just super! To all major attractions and metro 5-10 minutes on foot. If I go back to Baku, I won't even look for another hotel
A pleasant small hotel, the breakfasts are delicious. Among the disadvantages: tired rooms and an infrequent but unpleasant smell in the rooms. And so, price = quality.
The hotel is super, I advise everyone...good location, courteous staff, near the metro, in the heart of old Baku.

An excellent hotel in the Old Town in terms of price/quality ratio. Friendly staff. The room is spacious, there is a kettle + tea/coffee bags, water is replenished daily, bathrobe, slippers, cosmetics. Gorgeous view of the flame towers from the shared balcony on the 4th floor.
Great hotel. Pleasant and polite staff.
The room is clean. There is everything you need.
Towel, slippers, bathrobe.
The view from the window is simply gorgeous (depends on the room).
Breakfast is just super!
It is located in the center of the old town and all the sights are within walking distance. I recommend.
I really liked the hotel.
Located in the old town. 50 meters from the place from the Brillantovaya Ruka k/f, where he fell and broke his leg. The famous phrase "damn it". There's even a cafe open with that name.
The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious.
Very quiet, which allows you to sleep at night.
On the next trip we will definitely stop here.
We were in this hotel from 03.10-08.10.2022. The hotel is nice, clean, good breakfasts, mostly Russians lived. The guys at the reception speak Russian and are ready to help 24 hours a day. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the street where the film The Diamond Hand was filmed. This is the very heart of Baku. Everything is within walking distance: the embankment, fountains, carpet museum, maiden tower, etc. I recommend it!
Convenient location in the old town. Cozy rooms, we had an attic on the top floor. Not a bad welcome wine. Good breakfasts. Very helpful staff. All major attractions are within easy reach. There is a wonderful embankment nearby. And a nice shopping mall.
