There are 3-4-hour queues for doctors... At the reception, they blatantly lie about the doctors' lunch break and the opportunity to get to him for an appointment before lunch. Until you pay at the checkout, you will not know your number in the queue and how many people are before you. Many people pay in the morning, get a room and come to the doctor after lunch, and you stand in line for several hours. To call the reception and find out the truth about which person is in the queue now and when to go to the reception - it will also not work. It's a disappointment. 4 stars only for good doctors
