Very vague impressions about the hotel and the rest in general
Positive:
- very nice hotel
- they clean up normally
-the food is of high quality, there was no feeling of heaviness
-they do a good massage in the spa area
-wonderful view from the window overlooking the sea
-convenient location of the hotel
- the hotel is not for children, which in our case was not a bad thing
-the staff of the kitchen and bars are friendly
Cons:
-we arrived on the opening day of the hotel on April 12, so all our questions will be answered: "Why don't they work:
snack bar,
A la carte restaurant with a beautiful view,
indoor warm pool,
heated outdoor pool,
part of the beach,"
they replied: "It's not the season." No one warned us about this, but all of the above was stated.
-the climate control does not work for heating, only for cooling. Despite the fact that it was cold outside and in the room (we slept with our clothes on and got sick as a result), we were "fed" daily breakfasts that they would solve the issue tomorrow, call the manager and buy heaters tomorrow. They only gave me a second blanket, they didn't solve the heating issue in 6 days. To say that we were cold and angry is an understatement.
- the safe is broken. The administrator assured me that the master would come in 5-10 minutes at most. We went 3 times, asked, cursed, and each time the admin said the same thing. The master came an hour later.
Solving issues at the hotel is nothing like 5. The hotel management has a big minus for not wanting to solve customer issues, hoping that they will leave and the issue will not have to be solved.

We stayed at this hotel several times. It used to have a different name. Convenient location: city center, walking area, near the Marina port. The hotel is not big and comfortable. It is located in the park. And the highlight of the park is the alley of craftsmen, where you can buy souvenirs and jewelry that local craftsmen make before your eyes. The hotel has its own beach within walking distance. Good service. Solid 4 meals. We recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

We had a vacation with my mother and granddaughter in April 2024, the hotel is nice with excellent cuisine and friendly staff. Coffee and pastries for your awakening are above all praise, everything is clean and on time. There are many pharmacies, shops, and cafes to choose from near the hotel. The beach is clean but pebbly, it's better to go in slippers
