We arrived about five o'clock in the afternoon, there were practically no people. We wanted to sit on the veranda, there was no place for us, supposedly everything was booked. But we were in the institution for more than 2 hours, most of the "reserved" seats remained empty. The walls are shabby, the furniture is stale.
Waiters, imitating violent activity. They literally go back and forth empty-handed and strutting. On the guests - zero attention.
We waited for beer for a long time, sitting next to the bar. Unable to stand the wait, I went to the bar to order directly to the bartender, so that at least I started pouring. He, in a tone that brooks no objections, irritably refers to the waiter.
About food. Chicken (wings) in coarse breading, with too sweet sauce. There is no smell of Southeast Asian cuisine there, although it is stated that way. A place for an unassuming undemanding young audience - teenagers who "profess" k-pop culture. In the evening, a lot of them gathered, they randomly wandered in crowds around the already small hall, stood in a crowd at the entrance - neither to enter nor to leave ...
only the veranda with a view of the pond impressed, but they could not sit there

Personally, I was here for the first time, we came to you, since my Mother is a regular guest and she liked to visit this place. We were met by the hostess, who initially escorted us to the veranda, as requested, without saying that you have a complete mess on the veranda!
1. No one said that from different corners of the institution, different music will be heard, which will blow up the ears
2. The waiter in a bandana, girl, if you see this, remember that a good waiter does not rely on the runner and if the guest says that the table is dirty, it needs to be paid attention immediately. Are you also sitting at a dirty table at home?)
3. Hookah master, I recommend you to improve your knowledge of mixology, because a smoky hookah is not a guarantee that a guest ordered from you, if I wanted smoke, I would successfully smoke all sorts of electronic cigarettes.
I thank the manager for taking feedback on the situation, withdrawing a non-tasty hookah from the account, changing the waiter, to whom we left a tip. Thanks to Angelina for the compliments, and 1 star for the kitchen.

Fast food is not of the best quality, it's just edible. The portions are small. Kills 20% for a service that just doesn't exist.
The guys work at the McDonald's level - they just give your plate to you, silently and mechanically. Sometimes they get confused and put your plate on the next table.

If you like this kind of cuisine, then the establishment is good, the service is attentive.
