There are many specialists of various profiles, fresh repairs and equipment, BUT the qualifications of doctors are low, as soon as it comes to treatment, the doctor did not see a reddened and swollen throat at the ENT appointment, although the child was coughing, and the pediatrician prescribed nasal drops with a strong side effect, and even then, without a single thought, she prescribed us via telegram antibiotics without seeing the child, but only with words.....what if I were an ignorant parent?!? why do doctors need to check basic prescriptions for the treatment of seasonal virus?!?!

But yesterday we were sent back to your clinic to do another analysis, again, I specifically called to clarify everything, plan the day and not go in vain! They said they were accepting until 13:00, come quietly before that time. We arrived at 12:20 and what happened in the end? We were told that we were late, taking tests until 11:00. Is this even normal? Do you think that I like to just drive, spend my time on the road and money? Then reimburse me for everything I spent! I took tests at this clinic. Unfortunately, the first impression was ruined by the girl at the reception — she was extremely rude, spoke down to me, as if I were a person “not on her level.” It was unpleasant and incomprehensible — why would there be such an attitude towards patients?
I wanted to get treatment from them, but after such communication I decided to look for another clinic.
On the positive side, the room is clean, it's nice, the nurses are polite and quickly did everything I needed.

We went to another clinic, where the doctor immediately sent for an X-ray, which showed bilateral sinusitis, prescribed adequate treatment, and after a few days the child became noticeably better. And that ENT was treated using the poke method and didn't say a word about the X-ray. We are disappointed in this institution.

I didn't like the way the reception was organized. A small hall at the entrance, 2 counters, one cash desk. I just came to take an analysis and I had to wait in line with the children, among whom there were many infants. And I came with a cough to find out what I was sick of... The lobby in a medical center, especially a combined one for adults and children, should be such that it would be possible to maintain a social distance. And it is better to make a separate entrance and a separate pediatric check-in desk. Maybe the doctors are good, but the child will definitely pick up something while waiting for an appointment ...
And also the entrance to the treatment room for sterile manipulations without shoe covers in street shoes. The treatment nurse did not wash or treat her hands before venopuncture. She took a referral from me with a coupon, went to the computer and immediately began manipulating it. But I pricked it very well, the needles are thin, painless - only three stars for this. And the institution needs to work on sanitary rules and regulations
PS. Oh, yes, there are also questions about the registration process itself. At the reception, the employee asks for the first name, last name, passport, open the tg, give the phone. I automatically followed the order... with the hope that I didn't get an employee who would send all my contacts some obscenities, or even worse spam😬 It is strange that the whole network of clinics does not have a normal website with a personal account. But it is even stranger not to train your employees with a polite second explanatory phrase: "We have a system for getting results through a chatbot in telegram, can I help you quickly find this chatbot?". And the pressing question is, what will the clinic do if the tg is closed? Will it switch to WhatsApp?
