Very convenient location of the hotel: in the center, within walking distance in the "golden square", near shopping centers, Republic Square, Koktobe ascent. Clean rooms, not smoky. But they are not loyal at all: we had an early check-in, booked through the Island, they told us on the portal that the hotel would make a discount, in reality they refused us, they took us for a couple of hours, as for the whole day. There is a coffee machine, but you can only pay with a card, which is completely inconvenient.

I like it! The location is great!!! This is the main advantage!!! Suitable for short stays!!! There are rooms with excellent rest !!! Everything is clean and comfortable !!! Definitely yes!!! There are many things within walking distance!!!

It's generally fine. It's a pity there's no restaurant or canteen. Every day, 1 liter of water and tea bags. There is a coffee machine at the entrance. Cleaning - every day, shower gel, shampoo, soap are updated every day. Towels, bed - once every three days. Some rooms do not have a refrigerator or a TV. Some bathrooms have a hygienic shower.
