I've had my hair cut in this salon for years, and everything was great. This time I got to the haircut + hydrogenation complex at Evgenia's hairdresser and... left with an unfinished haircut! The "master", on her own initiative, decided not to finish her job, literally saying: "Go get a haircut at another hairdresser," freaking out because of the clarification on the haircut.
I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards clients anywhere. How can a person working with clients afford this?
By the way, the administrator, having heard the whole situation, did not even intervene, did not try to resolve the situation.
