I had a massage with a gift certificate. I didn't like it. I have been to many relaxing massages, in different establishments, but I cannot call massage in this salon a massage. I was just patted and oiled in huge quantities. The procedure itself was designed for 30 minutes, as a result, it was spent on the massage itself for a maximum of 20 minutes, if not less (taking into account the expectation of the master, preparation for the massage).

Master Elena did permanent eye and eyebrow makeup, and offered to do two procedures in one visit.There are no attachments to the eyebrows.The eyes of the interstitial arrow and the blurring are all I paid for the result, one interstitial was made, I went to the salon a week later and said the master will make the correction everything will be super.As a result, she doesn't understand what shading means.I and others have the feeling that I did not do any procedure at all.I refused to correct it, because it might turn out worse than it is.The money was not returned.Tip when you come to the salon, ask to show a photo of the finished work, otherwise the master gives out bruises for shadows or shading.Don't make eyes at this master. I don't know who writes good reviews here, but I wouldn't advise anyone to come here. The masters are absolutely incompetent, the prices are simply disgusting, too high for such a "service", when I tried to solve my question, the director thanks for not sending three letters and practically mocked me during the conversation. That's not how they work with people. Disgusting.

It's a terrible place. There are constant problems with recording, prices are high, this salon does not justify itself. They ruined long beautiful nails, there were never any problems that I even had to go to the surgeon. They left it without nails for the New Year. A manicure specialist, if you can call it that, Valentina.. He does not know how to be lazy to do his job. Thank you for the New Year mood! I threw my money away. I have been doing depilation in this salon for a long, very long time, almost 8 years. I never had to wait, I can tell you exactly how much I will be free after the procedure.
Master Svetlana does the depilation consistently, efficiently and quickly. It takes me 30 minutes to do everything, which is good, definitely 5 stars for the master and the salon as a whole.

Judging by the reviews of the massage, the masseur there is indeed a wizard, but unfortunately I was not at his session, but I got a haircut. They don't understand the prices there. At first they said that the haircut was 17 rubles, while the administrator looked at the price list for a long time, as if this was the first question for all her work in this solon. Then, when I got a haircut, the price turned out to be different, much higher than the original, 23 rubles, but when I left, I was warned that next time I would have to pay 36 rubles, since I have an author's haircut. Despite the fact that I just had to trim the ends. They probably thought that I did not know what an author's haircut was and got into the salon for the first time in my life. :) This is a comical situation that happened to me in this salon.

I went to this "institution " in 2016, there are so many impressions that anger and resentment still torments me.
The story itself :
- The cosmetologist (she is their master) tattooed her eyebrows with tattoo ink instead of permanent, which made the eyebrows turn blue.
I chose the wrong shape (they turned out to be different, thick, close to the nose, lowered to the outer corners of the eyes.
Since after the first time it turned out to be a "cheetah", I had to go for a Correction, the price of which I was told only after the procedure (90% of the cost of the tattoo itself). At my request to show the price list for services, I was told that they were not ready yet (they brought a price list with a handwritten price), when asked to give a book of comments, rudeness began. Nothing gave any results. I regretted my nerves, paid for it and left.
Result:
More money was spent than in prestigious salons.
A lot of nerves have been spent, every morning I start with them ((((, in attempts to paint over at least something.
The eyebrows remained cheetah-like, the colors of the "partaks".
I have been using a laser for more than 2 years, which has not yet given results (the paint lies too deep).
I do not recommend this salon, or rather a master cosmetologist (a woman of 40-45 years old, slightly chubby Build), unfortunately, I no longer remember her name.
