The cashier's customer orientation is at a low level.. She laughed loudly in my face when I got the name wrong. I was as embarrassed as possible, I just stood in a stupor from this behavior and waited for her to laugh, but almost immediately a consultant came up and answered all my questions, thanks to her. I really like the store, but the situation is unpleasant.

One person can serve and advise at the checkout and cut the fabric. Because of this, it takes a lot of time to wait for an employee at all stages of the purchase.

The assortment and location of the store are pleasing. But handwritten checks fail. I took some threads, the cost was calculated by others, but because of the short name (only the company) in the receipt, you can no longer prove it. If there is a need to pick up threads and other accessories for the fabric, you need to run up and down the stairs several times, they do not immediately give the fabric to the cashier. The reasons are generally clear, but it is extremely inconvenient. Also, a friend was faced with the fact that they sold the fabric with a defect, they noticed it already when cutting. The skirt can now only be worn with a long top. It's a shame, because the fabric was not cheap.

Сегодня просто была в шоке от магазина! Огромное помещение, ассортимент ещё больше, все ткани есть и для штор, мебели, одежды 😍фурнитуры ещё не много, обещали довезти. Всё красиво, место есть для работы с клиентами. Я тут два часа просидела 🤣🤣🤣 уже просила выгонять. Консультанты все супер, я в восторге. Обожаю Вас 😍

Магазин супер! Выбор большой, много консультантов, все вежливые и приятные ! Удобно спускаться сразу с паркинга на 0 этаж в магазин.
