Quite popular and in front of Irtysh River. Though AC works for cooling only. You can't heat it up if cold weather occurs.

Positive. 1. Good location in the city center. Near the embankment. Ethno park is nearby. 2. Beautiful views. Take one hundred percent with a view of the river, it's not a pity to pay extra. Minuses. 1. The food is average, not for 5 stars. 2. The rooms are tired. In the suite, the wallpaper is coming off. I would like to wish them to start repairs as soon as possible. 3. Sauna, weak. Hammam, save on water. Dry. It's cold in the sauna. He left after half an hour. I would have put 4 if the price wasn't so high. I've been to different hotels in Kazakhstan. This hotel does not match the price and quality. Make the price lower or give 4 stars or better bring the rooms up to 5 check-in.

I stayed at this hotel for work issues, I liked everything very much, I especially want to thank the reception staff and the restaurant cook from the bottom of my heart. Very good location of the hotel (near the cafe and shopping center, market), cozy rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone, if possible, then only here. Thank you very much and all the best. An excellent hotel located in the city center, on the banks of the Irtysh River. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can watch a movie and have a snack in fast food 😅

A large and beautiful 4-star Turkish-style hotel, but no longer new)
Large rooms with all amenities, good linen and comfortable mattresses. A rich, varied and delicious breakfast in the morning in the spacious and bright restaurant on the ground floor. The air conditioning system saves on hot days and from a specific smell in the city air. There is a promenade across the street, where you can walk on a warm evening. The unpleasant aftertaste remained only from the reception staff, who settled our group in the hotel at one price, and in the morning recalculated the cost at a different price, motivating that the exchange rate had changed upward. I advise you to keep this fact in mind.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean. The restaurant's kitchen was pleasantly surprised when we decided to have dinner at the hotel because of the rain - it was very tasty. I was also pleased with the presence of backgammon and chess in the bar - it's really rare. The only thing is to choose rooms with windows not on the road, otherwise it will be noisy with the windows open. I recommend.

A very decent hotel with small cozy rooms, snow-white linens and a wonderful view of the Irtysh embankment. But most of all, I was captivated by the dining room, a wide range of dishes for every taste and preference. A very nice hotel. Beautiful location on the river bank. Some rooms have a great view. Very friendly and professional staff. Cozy rooms with everything you need. Hearty breakfasts. I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel, everything is fine. There is only one caveat - in the off-season in some rooms it is very cool from the windows, but the issue is solved either by tightly closing the curtains or by the staff.

Real feedback from a real customer.
The level of service has become even lower. I stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2024. It was a business trip for 4 days. I left for work at 8 a.m., arrived at 18. Upon returning, I found that the room was not cleaned, the garbage was not cleaned ... when asked why there was no cleaning, they answered, so your sign is lit - do not disturb ... at the same time, I did not turn on the sign when I left for work! As a matter of principle, I check before leaving whether the lights, appliances, and signs are turned off - a professional habit. The first day is OK - you never know, I accidentally turned it on myself ... but on the second day I specifically checked - everything is turned off, there should be no misunderstandings. I came back - and here I am again…
The position of the staff is my own fault, I do not allow the maids to do the cleaning…
No apologies, no correct reaction to the situation…
My position is simple - the maids turn on the sign, take a photo of the burning sign and that's it - today you don't have to strain yourself with cleaning…
I hope this review reaches the management.

The best location. Great views.
The reception - when calling with a request for prices and saying that we were going - did not start preparing the room. Passport scanning takes place in the next room where the passports are taken away.
Room - the rooms are a little tired, there are damages that are in no hurry to fix.
Internet - it was not possible to connect to the Internet. I enter my data (date of birth and number) and get an error. No one helped with solving this problem.
There is no minibar in the room - the refrigerator is just turned off and it is empty.
Breakfast is quite meager. Coffee from the coffee machine, which is impossible to drink. The scrambled eggs are tasteless. There are no croissants. The porridge is very thin. The staff pours coffee for themselves during breakfast and is surprised that they don't even let guests go ahead.
Parking is available and free.
The TV is not working.

The rooms are large enough, the bed is wide, the bathroom was always clean, towels were changed with each cleaning, like all cosmetics
The hotel has treadmills, a bicycle and a mini gym
Of the cons: although the view of the river is beautiful, it also goes to the road, where cars drive around 24/7 - the noise is terrible
The air conditioner does not work, they told us at the reception that it was already cold and it was turned off (by the way, it was +28...+30 outside and considering the sunny side of the room, it's like being in a sauna)
The pressure from the shower head leaves much to be desired, it is unrealistic to wash
The TV didn't work in the whole hotel for two days in a row
The rooms need to be updated- the floor coverings are dirty, apparently the stains are no longer washed; the bathtub needs cosmetic repairs
Summary: I will not go to this hotel anymore, I bought into the reviews, but apparently they are custom-made🤨
They'd better lower the price…
