Great hotel!
The rooms are clean and there are no foreign odors, a Russian-speaking girl helped us at the reception.
All requests for an additional set of linen and towels were immediately taken into account.
The breakfast is good, we were with a small child (2 years old) were able to feed without problems)
The hotel is very old, the location is quite nice. The quality of the food is very bad, but the staff and the cleaning are good. The rooms were old but clean. The food in the Teleski cafe bar is only pita, it is more empty and dominates the tracks more. The quality of food at the bar below is better, it's quite crowded. Except for the food, we were satisfied as a family.
I remember being here with my friends back in 2003... At that time, the hotel had not yet shown signs of old age and deterioration, which are indicated in the comments now, and therefore made the most pleasant impression. The staff had not yet "had enough" of russo-turismo, they were friendly and attentive. Facilities were also pleasantly surprised: from cultural entertainment with all kinds of disco bars to a SPA complex. However, I remember being surprised when an expired Efes was served in one of the cafes "upstairs" (we went to take a break while skiing). Well, it's just a little thing :-)
