Great hotel!
The rooms are clean and there are no foreign odors, a Russian-speaking girl helped us at the reception.
All requests for an additional set of linen and towels were immediately taken into account.
The breakfast is good, we were with a small child (2 years old) were able to feed without problems)
I remember being here with my friends back in 2003... At that time, the hotel had not yet shown signs of old age and deterioration, which are indicated in the comments now, and therefore made the most pleasant impression. The staff had not yet "had enough" of russo-turismo, they were friendly and attentive. Facilities were also pleasantly surprised: from cultural entertainment with all kinds of disco bars to a SPA complex. However, I remember being surprised when an expired Efes was served in one of the cafes "upstairs" (we went to take a break while skiing). Well, it's just a little thing :-)
If you come to the mountains in order to be on the slopes right from the doorstep of the hotel and ride on empty slopes without crowds and queues, then you are definitely here! However, you will have to close your eyes to the old carpet with holes, cracks in the doors, bad plumbing, dirty dishes and clover in the salad)))))
We stopped off the mountain to have a snack. Pasta and salad resulted in a 40-minute wait, with a constant story that the kitchen is loaded, May friend.
As a result, the pasta was brought cold on top and slightly warm inside.
Apparently, the question was not in the kitchen.
