I was at a one-time lesson, Alexander led it, a pleasant person, explained everything politely and clearly, treated my mistakes with understanding, two hours passed very quickly and interestingly, I learned a lot of new things, as well as many things that I had not done before, I did in practice under the guidance of an excellent instructor, this knowledge and experience will be useful to me in my life, I do not regret a bit that I decided to spend my time this way and recommend to everyone for general development what freediving is.
