The price is adequate. There is a lot of choice. You approach, choose, order. They bring you hot stuff. You're eating. You pay for it. This is a cafe-canteen. But it's a very decent dining room. We liked the dining room. Edible. Everything was fresh.. A little spoiled the impression that by asking for a calculation, they forgot about us))). We waited a long time. We reminded the girl that we were waiting for the bill. Nooo.. As a result, they went to the cashier themselves and paid. So they would have left))). We were in a hurry yet.
It is located at the intersection of Timiryazev-Auezov. Usually there are a lot of people here and there are no places. Overall, the service is not bad, the doner is good, and the compote is great!
It's the worst place we've ever set foot in. We came to the cafe of this chain for the first time (01/20/2024). I wanted to eat, and we love Turkish cuisine. It would seem – what could have gone wrong? There were a couple of waiters. We came across one that could not explain anything to us (at least in Russian). We ordered lentil soup (spoiler: this is the only dish that we liked), "meat with vegetables" and batey kebab, which included tomato sauce and yogurt on the menu. As a result, there were practically no vegetables in the meat (a piece of pepper, onion and a couple of small pieces of tomato), and the kebab did not smell of any sauces. It was drizzled with mayonnaise (on the plus side, there was cheese inside). When the waiter was called to point out the dissimilarity, he silently left, and then just as silently returned with saucepans containing yogurt and... Ketchup😂😭 We waited for the kebab for about half an hour to eat it with ketchup. And as a result, these sauces were additionally counted in our receipt (but thank God they were deducted at the checkout when we explained the situation). The service took as long as possible, sluggish and completely detached every time we ordered / clarified something. When they asked us to pack the leftovers with us, they brought us a container so that we could do it ourselves. And as a result, we also paid the standard 10% for the service :))))) That feeling when you pay according to the system (it's good that at least not according to the level) like in good restaurants, but you get food worse than in the canteen : (In short, it's a shame, but the experience
