The service is disgusting. I went to the store today, where there was a store on March 8th. I was immediately met by a very unpleasant person with an unpleasant face. I liked a lot of shoes, but this mug didn't even let me try it on.

Extremely disgusting service and completely incompetent management.
They sell defective bags knowing about the marriage.
When you return the money, they will ask you for absolutely all personal data (passport and bank). At the same time, they do not bear any responsibility for this data, since they refuse to take written consent for their processing and do not assume responsibility for their non-proliferation.
They slip papers for signature that have no legal force, without any signatures of responsible persons (who are not in the store at all and the whole decision is made by ordinary sellers without powers of attorney), and there is also no seal of the LLC on the spot (which is also needed in the papers that they slip).
To the question-"what to do with the form for a refund without the signature of the responsible person and without a seal", they answer - "then go to the bank yourself and return your money"😀
They refuse to give any documents confirming the transfer of goods and only with a "fight" give an act of acceptance of the transfer of defective goods.
All this negligence and absolute misunderstanding of the laws are explained as - "well, we always do this" and "you have to take our word for it."

An excellent store, a large selection of shoes, there are more expensive, there are cheaper ones, I am satisfied with the quality of shoes bought in deja vu. There are periodic sales with very good discounts. The sellers are polite and pleasant.
