We contacted the Deka Techno company, which offers products in the form of power tools and accessories. I was interested in the file for the milling cutter. I talked with Anastasia, a specialist, and they verbally explained what kind of assistant we need. A photo of a sample of the underside and the milling cutter was sent to Viber. Anastasia replied, "This is not a padlock, but a locking ring" and sent us ten price lists with prices on viber! During a further conversation, we tried to explain to her the differences between the locking ring and the sill, and sent additional photos of the cutter with the sill, which we are interested in. We were asked to switch the phone to a more competent specialist, which was denied to us in an aggressive manner. Then Anastasia just hung up the phone.
