Only the cook can be given 20 stars out of 5. But now let's move on to the biggest minus, for which I gave 2 stars. Although please note, if it were not for this minus, I could put 10+. Drum roll, I think most would agree- SERVICE. The waiters... and the barmaid. There are no words to find. They always take orders with an expression on their face, as if I borrowed a million from them and did not return it on time, rude, not friendly. The last straw was that they came to have lunch, they didn't pay attention to us and didn't bring the menu for 10 minutes. 15 minutes later (we timed it on purpose) We went to the bar to get the menu ourselves. Having chosen the dishes, we were also ignored by everyone. They came to the bar to take our order (after all, we want to eat), we said we could take the order, since we waited 15 minutes, to which the Barmaid replied to us: "Well, it's okay, you'll have to wait." Are you serious? Really? Please teach your staff how to approach customers correctly. Since we didn't look at the kitchen, we just got up and left. COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT for customers. I'm sorry, but we came to rest, we came respectfully to your country. BUT I have never seen such DISRESPECT IN YOUR RESTAURANT/cafe in any country in the world where I have been! I hope for understanding and an explanatory conversation with the service staff!
