I live nearby. The best place for a family breakfast. Because stability is their calling card. If the menu is updated, it is only with nuances to the hits. Tink paste! Any one. The status of Italian cuisine has been held for many years. I have two dogs. Almost every weekend we come with our relatives and tails. Therefore, everyone needs attention and patience. It's a place you always come back to.

All that can be said about this place is a cozy interior and that's the end of it. The appearance turns into bombast when an English breakfast (the restaurant has brunches, almost all day, and an English breakfast is a classic of the genre) is brought with hard-boiled fried eggs. At the same time, the menu indicates that any eggs will be made at will, but the waiter did not specify. I conclude that dry fried eggs are the most practiced type of breakfast, a "win-win option" that chefs have in their arsenal. And this is a place with a restaurant application! What about the other dishes then?
Moreover, it took more than 20 minutes from the order to the submission. We were in a hurry, there was no time to re-order or argue, so I ate breakfast.
When the waiter took away the plates, asked "how do I like breakfast", I replied "I didn't like it", but she didn't even listen! She nodded her head and left! However, after serving a couple of tables, the waiter returned to us and asked if she had heard correctly. She listened to my comments and added: "do you like liquid eggs in a glaze?". Imagine, yes! Everyone who orders an English breakfast is counting on a classic serving!
We must pay tribute that when it came to the restaurant manager, she tried to apologize in every possible way, but we didn't have time for all this.
I will add that we ordered more cheesecakes, which were asked to be served after. We finished the first courses, 5 minutes pass and the waiter asks if it is possible to start cooking cheesecakes already! From this we sat for another 15 minutes....
WI-FI is very weak, almost none. There are sockets, but due to the low Internet connection, it will not work.
+ 12% taxes have not been added to the price tag, although the price is already several times too high.
So far, the worst institution in terms of price-quality ratio that I have met in Almaty.

Dishes at the cafe level in Italy itself. I tried pasta with truffle sauce, soup with parmesan and pesto, ice cream - all for 5+. Good service. I definitely recommend it.

I was with my wife on October 23rd. We came in, we wanted to eat pizza. We sat down at a table. There weren't many people. The waiters were running around, but no one came up. They asked for a menu. Then we waited for the waiter for 10 minutes to come up. The order was accepted, they said to wait 20 minutes. Well, we sat and waited))) Half an hour has passed, our order has not been delivered! The waitress was called. They asked where our pizza was. She said Oh, we forgot about you. They forgot about us and didn't place an order. She ran to check it out. Then she came back. She said we still have to wait, they just placed an order. She said it and immediately disappeared somewhere. Well, We got up and left! The waitress didn't even apologize! It seemed like a good place. 😆😆😆😆😆 Disgusting service can ruin everything. It's a pity, of course, the pizza has always been delicious, but the service has become disgusting. We have many other establishments with similar themes and cuisine in our city. So don't come here anymore))).
