The service is excellent, the menu is decent, according to my Italian friend the spaghetti is not too good, but the pizza is decent. There was a stone in my dessert (semifredo), but the manager decided everything correctly, replaced this dessert, excluded it from the bill, apologized, for this I remove only one asterisk. In general, I recommend it (except for semifredo, this dessert is not too authentic without a stone).
The place is popular, with a good interior and helpful staff. When we were with the team for the last time, we did not like the serving of cheeses with wine, everything seemed to be cherished and boo, the slicing looked shabby.
We had lunch at this restaurant in early December, when we came to Almaty with my husband on business. We were pleasantly surprised! Little Italy ❤️ cute interior, white tablecloths, delicious dishes and lots of parmesan! I would like to mention the excellent service separately! The friendly staff of the restaurant is very polite and attentive.
Highly recommend it!
Okay, every other time. It's sad to see such a level from a network like abr+.
The kitchen is good, but there is no management and customer orientation from the word at all, or rather, as luck would have it.
Then everything is brought very quickly, including the bill and the cultural waiters and we get a great evening, then you wait at the entrance for the administrator, who cannot connect two words and find a place in the hall, confusion in the dishes, the bill, the waiters are not in the mood.
The climax that prompted the negative review was the last, ahem, visit, if you can call it that..
I was waiting at the entrance again, looking for the staff on my own, the bartender (?) who met me did not help from the word at all, they say, go to the administrator. (Should I have called him?)
OK, after a while, the administrator/hostess finally came, who did nothing but bring the menu.
I found a place on the street myself, sat down, and a friend who met me followed me. OK, I sat down, I choose a dish.
The same person comes up, asks to move under the pretext that in half an hour some workers will arrive there and will do something. Of course, it was impossible to say this right away.
OK, I chose another place on the street -"They will work here too." I could not answer the question where they would not work, after a minute of dialogue, pulling the answer out of the staff with ticks, it turned out that it was "impossible" on the street.
So much time spent in such an institution just to clarify the circumstances is just tinny.
Naturally, he went to another place, sat comfortably, after which, passing by, he saw that the only couple was sitting on the veranda, and was sitting 40 minutes later, and naturally no one was doing anything there, repairing, no work was being carried out.
Apparently, it was the banal laziness of the employees, and the inability to have an adequate dialogue. Well, it says here that it's too lazy to go to a regular customer on the street, so the customer will go to competitors.
A wonderful New Year's Eve with delicious food and good wine :).
It was ruined!
When paying for the order, I was asked to use the application, where I saw the final price different from the price in the menu.
I wrote to the support service asking them to pay attention to the different prices (assuming that the menu is not relevant).
It happens that way.
But no, everything is more elegant.
I explained what was going on for a long time and tediously in the application, they promised me feedback.
I was hoping to hear it from the customer service manager (service manager).
But no, the receptionist contacted me, offering to throw 200 tenge into the caspi, and apparently closed the conflict.
I was extremely outraged by this.
My steps were not taken for that.
Result:
Spoiled mood, 40 minutes spent on proving the topic of the question (apparently 200 tenge).
My favorite restaurant failed me this time.
nice place, we had dinner with friends. The children ate pasta, we ate salads, lamb... everything is delicious. the tables are all occupied. I recommend
The service is very slow, the waitresses chat among themselves, ignoring the visitors, the food is average, the price tag is high.
Probably the most questions to discuss, plus the tables are very crowded, it's inconvenient to sit down and get up. The feeling that local people are served much faster than Russian speakers.
Little Italy in Almaty) Delicious, friendly, atmospheric. We came by chance, there were not many people, the food was brought quickly. We were very satisfied)
Appeal to the management of the institution: Please pay close attention to "internal hygiene" and the wearing of uniforms by employees! The other day, while eating the dessert "Shu...", a black hard male hair was found inside the pastry among the white palir ice cream. The atmosphere that evening was not conducive to a "showdown", but according to the stated price tag for the dish, the presence of such inclusions is unacceptable in any case.
My favorite cozy and delicious place. Special atmosphere, good service. The contingent of visitors is pleasant. The proximity of the lpug tables to the meadow is a little annoying, which is fashionable to calmly hear the conversation at the next table
The price is certainly too high! There was sand from langoustines in the seafood soup. The waiter went to change, but brought some kind of goo already tasteless, it feels like they've added the same soup or washed the langoustines))
One of the best establishments in Almaty, in my opinion. It's actually a chain, but it's in this restaurant that the chef cooks superbly. The service is at a high level. A wine list of excellent wines.
The average check, let's face it, is not average at all, but it's worth it.
In general, I advise everyone... Enjoy your meal
Uffff, well, it's a very bad place, but it's almost packed.
The price tag is also quite beastly, but it is completely unclear why.
It all starts with a dirty tablecloth and the rather indifferent behavior of the waiters.
Then there is a meeting with one of the worst aperol in my life, which throws 17 years into the past in the years when the Ochakov screwdriver seemed delicious. Well, this is quite an Ochakov screwdriver.
Bruschetta strachatella-tomatoes is an over-dried sandwich with canned salted tomatoes and has little in common with bruschetta.
Bolognese pasta is slightly overcooked, but this is not its main problem. Stew is some kind of salty stew that doesn't remind you of anything except that it has salt in it. A lot of salt.
In general, you don't need to come here
