A normal pizzeria is no worse than others, except that it loses out on prices to competitors, to whom it eventually left. But it's understandable - they position themselves as a restaurant, and therefore more expensive than small cafes.

They cheat, the price in the menu turns out to be without VAT, when they invoice separately include the amount of VAT, that is, plus 12%. That's how they fool you.
