I want to change my review. She has been a loyal and regular customer since the opening day. But today, when the entire Dostyk is closed due to the arrival of the President (there will definitely be a restriction of guests for the next 2 hours due to the cordon), and there are only 5 tables in the restaurant, I was refused a place because I am alone! In shock. I've never been insulted like this before. The person who constantly recommended you, brought friends, treated the staff with respect, was simply rejected when asked how many guests were planned, I replied that I would be alone. Perhaps this is due to the change of staff, who does not know regular customers, but this does not change the essence of the incident. I ask you to have a serious conversation with the administrator, who does not even manage the service situation. You have seriously fallen in my estimation. I'll pick up the bonuses at another restaurant and I want to forget about your "service"!!!
P.S. the story of how to lose a loyal customer by having a good kitchen, place, and setting, simply by hiring an unprofessional service.

ABR+ restaurants need to be promoted as a symbol of Almaty instead of an apple. To my taste, the most humane restaurant group (the food is delicious, it goes without saying). Del Papa is not the best at ABR+, but their gold standard.

We went in for a quick lunch, there are no business lunches,the menu is varied,local dishes are delicious,but there are European dishes on the menu (lentil soup, solyanka) but they are on solid 3,the interior is beautiful, the toilet is shared (m/w) clean,the service is good, the waiters are friendly.

A wonderful cafe: pleasant atmosphere and cozy interior, attentive and friendly attitude of the waiters to the visitors.
Everything that I had a chance to try from the menu is very tasty, and I also want to mention the excellent breakfasts.
The prices are adequate in my opinion.
Pleasant birthday promotions, as well as a small children's room, which is extremely important for parents with children.
The only downside is that at the last visit, the specific table that I booked by phone turned out to be occupied, apparently there was a misunderstanding.

We visited Del Papa for the first time. The pizza is burnt out, it's not even delicious. We spent about 6500 tenge with my daughter, there was 1 pizza and 1 tea, and you won't believe it, we came out completely without mood. I would just like to have a delicious meal. And the staff is very polite and pleasant.
