They provide old broken cars, have terrible customer service and also issue you fines for things that are their fault. Stay away and use Citydrive instead - they are 1000x more better. Delimobil a truly awful Carsharing experience.

I have used carshare companies in every continent in the world never seen a terrible carshare company like them. Don’t think their rate is very good as they will find a way to send a fine equal to 50 trips worth to you and without proving anything they demand the payment and keep harassing you. I don’t live here but sorry about the people who live here and use their services and need to deal with incompetent company like them. They just look for one time customers, soon they will run out of customers and hopefully go bankrupt.

I forgot my wallet in the car and one client after me found it and reporte it to delimobile but after that other clients said there were no wallet in the car in an interesting way at the beginning they try to call the person who reported of finding the waller and they said the client didn’t answer the phone Next day delimobile support center says “from the beginning there wasn’t any report of finding your waller” They are just frauds who don’t do anything and dont take any responsibility.
