We celebrated the birthday of our mother and grandmother, the whole family came and spent a wonderful warm evening. There are a lot of good, understandable dishes on the menu, grandma was glad to see forshmak on the menu, it's a dish from childhood, and it was very tasty. Beautiful pike perch with vegetables, ajapsandali, the most delicate Napoleon. The staff is wonderful, the service is fast, the interior is cozy, the background music is pleasant.
We will definitely come again!

We didn't lose it!)
The food is delicious, the menu is varied, and there is plenty to choose from. I really liked the atmosphere and the staff.
The establishment opened relatively recently, I hope in the future the service and cuisine will remain at the same level.
There is only one small and relative disadvantage, this is an expensive "Khvanchkara", but it is very tasty)

The fish cutlets are terribly salty, as the side dish was rice, as it turned out, it was with butter, which is not indicated in the description, I can not stand butter, so alas, I could not try. We ordered more carbonara, but the waiter got it mixed up and also brought over-salted fish cutlets. Cappuccino coffee has a good temperature, but it tastes like a milky drink with a coffee flavor, and there is some kind of coffee cake at the bottom of the cup. With this establishment, as well as with the establishment next door of the same owner, the issue is closed. There are more and more restaurants in Novaya Borovaya, and there are fewer and fewer opportunities to eat deliciously.

Tonight (February 6) we came to dinner with a friend.
We were served by a waiter named Ruslan.Not
only did he have dirty, unkempt hands and dirty nails, but he also ruined the evening terribly.
He brings the total score. I asked them to split the bills, and the waiter told me that they never split the bills. (Which is not true, because I've been to this place a couple of times and the waiters are always polite! and they asked me how to count together or separately.)
Then I asked them to count separately and tell me the amounts. He replied that he would not count anything and left.
We calculated it ourselves, of course.
We paid for it.
I note that it is important, I said politely: "next time, please specify in advance what the bill will be, so as not to calculate it at the end of the evening."
To which he replied that we should tell him about it, he is not going to ask everyone, a company of 20 people will come and that he He will ask everyone questions.(two tables were occupied in the hall, for a second) And in this institution, no one counts separately, and there is a lot more text in the same spirit.
A "wonderful" service!!!!!
And when we clarified with the receptionist why the waiter says so (that they don't count separately in this restaurant). He said that this process was complicated and long and they didn't want to do it. And he apologizes for the way the waiter talked to us.
I'll notice! That all the time he was talking to us, he was standing sideways and dripping in some kind of leaves!!

The order included mushroom soup and borscht, already at the stage that they were brought in within a few minutes, when usually the serving is at least 15, it caused me embarrassment))
The soup tasted so awful, as if it had been standing for weeks
The waiter had no interest in mitigating the situation in any way, she simply brought it to the cook and brought out borscht instead of mushroom at our request.
It's also funny that there weren't any people in the place at all, it was Monday night.
Therefore, it was heard how the cook came out and replied to the waiter, "Well, he's like that."
After I asked the waiter what the cook said, she replied that it was too much citric acid and no apology.
And this soup was eaten by a child
Then, when the bill arrived, I asked if there was any discount for the fact that we tried their rotten soup.
The waiter replied simply, "All questions to the receptionist."
When we left, the admin was standing with his back to us, and again he asked softly, "is that him?" (about me) and said nothing.
The guys probably need to close up, I really regret that I was soft this evening.

This makes it extremely uncomfortable to be there. The dishes are very mediocre, not tasty and the presentation is not beautiful. There are different cuisines mixed up in the menu, in fact, nothing works. Many people mention this.
