I've been vacationing here for years, I like everything! Great staff, kitchen and inspection! Clean rooms! BUT this year, all this excitement was overshadowed by the tour operator! I will never use the services of FUN SUN again!!! I was not picked up from the hotel to the airport! With all this, I was waiting for the transfer in the lobby area even in advance! When I contacted the tour operator, they also lied that their driver was waiting for me, that he was looking for me at the reception, although the hotel staff denied this information! No one took me away from the tour, but the hotel staff reacted quickly and called me a taxi, for which I am grateful! It is a pity that incompetent people overshadow the rest and reputation of not only themselves but also their partners!

The hotel meets the rating of 5+. The territory is all in greenery, well-groomed. The staff is helpful and polite. The food is beyond praise. Enough entertainment. Very nice hotel, I recommend it.

Excellent in every sense, there is no shortage of income. Everything is at the highest level, there are only advantages. My wife and children are thrilled, they didn't want to leave.
We dream of visiting this hotel again.
Of all the places where we have vacationed, it is still in the first place.
