I've been vacationing here for years, I like everything! Great staff, kitchen and inspection! Clean rooms! BUT this year, all this excitement was overshadowed by the tour operator! I will never use the services of FUN SUN again!!! I was not picked up from the hotel to the airport! With all this, I was waiting for the transfer in the lobby area even in advance! When I contacted the tour operator, they also lied that their driver was waiting for me, that he was looking for me at the reception, although the hotel staff denied this information! No one took me away from the tour, but the hotel staff reacted quickly and called me a taxi, for which I am grateful! It is a pity that incompetent people overshadow the rest and reputation of not only themselves but also their partners!

Great hotel, everything is great. A large territory, a lot of things for children, shops in the hotel with adequate prices. The only negative point is the indoor children's pool in a draught..
Varied meals, regular cleaning, there is a transfer to and from the city

A great hotel, I put 10 for everything (polite staff,delicious and varied food,cozy and clean rooms, for organizing various events and contests on the beach and in the hotel, everything is at the highest level,I recommend👍
