A wonderful hotel, which is located in the center of the Monastery and on the Mediterranean coast. Nice well-maintained grounds, excellent cuisine and excellent staff. I want to come here again.

The convenient location of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The beach is cleaned every morning. Quite a variety of food. There are always enough tables. Friendly staff. And all this for quite adequate money.

Very convenient location, in the center of Monastir. This is a big plus of the hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are quite comfortable. A varied diet, the range of dishes on different days was different, when it was a little less, when it was a little more. But we were never hungry. And the baking is generally super!)) Clean and well-maintained territory. Of the cons:
1. a small and poorly equipped beach, I think that at the height of the season there will not be enough sun loungers for everyone.
2. The defiant behavior of some animators in 2019 (not all!!!). We did not encounter this in 2018. And I liked the work of the animators in 2018 more

A few years ago, this hotel was recommended to us..And we arrived .They were not mistaken. The pandemic has left its mark .In the beginning, I even curled my nose. But it was a temporary negativity. Until we went out and got to know the staff .The staff is so friendly.They tried to simply take into account the wishes of all the guests. We just thought about it. and we already have it. If something went wrong in the room ..We were immediately repaired .If someone likes a chic room. You are not here. There is no chic .But the attention to your person is worth a lot.One significant drawback is the sea across the street.It didn 't bother me .We liked the kitchen too.Special thanks to Irina, the client relations manager. She watched and was responsible for everything that happened at the hotel. To the girls , to the guides , to the two Tatyans .They told me what to visit and where to go .Animator Alex tried very hard to gather and cheer everyone up. We danced and sang .In short, friends, we liked everything so much. Choose this hotel.

If we take Tunisia as a whole, then the hotel is certainly not bad, but we will not come to it anymore. The large presence of local residents, the lack of air conditioning in the dining room and at the reception, the old rooms, it all made an indelible disgusting impression. Everyone would have liked the hotel, but I was checked into a room with strangers, and not only me, but everyone who came a few days before and after me, so I consider my vacation at the hotel spoiled by constant walking after the hotel director, the administration, constant requests from the guide to put me in my single room with a view at sea, as I paid for. I've been at home for the third week, but I'm still writing complaints and claims to travel agencies, hoping for compensation for material damage.

The hotel is old, but normal. The rooms were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a bathtub in some places, even a bidet. Room cleaning is poor. They may limit themselves to garbage collection. The food is good, mostly good. The only thing outraged was the lack of boiling water for tea. I don't think it's a big problem. The staff is average. There have been cases of harassment. Moreover, my presence and the fact that they are at work clearly does not bother them. Russians, Poles... This is the second grade. It's noticeable.Half of the shislongs on the beach are dead. But the sea compensated for everything. White sand and warm sea.
