We had a rest in early September. Very good hotel, excellent service (cleaning and towels were changed every day, bed linen every 3 days). The girls at the reception are great! They will call a taxi, they will tell you everything, they are polite and friendly. The room is large, even the three of us had enough space. The location is just great! Not only is the first coastline, but also the intersection of two central embankments. Everything is nearby, within walking distance: the market, the center, restaurants (if expensive, then there are cafes on the shore 10 meters away). The breakfasts are great, the portions are sooo big! If we come to Abkhazia, then only to Sukhum, to Dam!

I stayed in Dam in January on the advice of a friend. I was in the city for work. The location of the hotel is great! The room is clean and tidy. The rooms are very spacious, the plumbing is RM, the bed linen is stripe satin. The mattresses are comfortable. Breakfast is available on request to choose from. I tried several types. Everything is fresh and cooked in front of the guest. Definitely not cooked from the evening. Coffee beans. The view during breakfast is wonderful on the sea! Thanks to Saida and the rest of the reception staff for the rest!

Nice hotel, small and very nice. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to relax. Towels are changed and the room is cleaned every day. The room rate included a continental breakfast. The continent to choose from😂 the weather allowed us to have breakfast on a beautiful veranda outside, which charged us with a positive and good mood for the whole day. Great hotel! Large clean rooms, excellent sound insulation. The location is excellent, you leave the hotel right on the embankment to the sea. On the other side there is a view of the sports pool, which is located on the territory of the hotel.
A wonderful selection of breakfasts for every taste, on the ground floor there is a DAM restaurant of the same name, where you can have a delicious lunch/dinner at reasonable prices. There is both local and European cuisine, for any choice. If desired, the order from the restaurant will be brought directly to the room.
Definitely the best hotel in Sukhum for me today. ⭐️💫

For Abkhazia, the hotel is normal, there are pros and cons of course. Among the advantages are the location, spacious rooms, courteous staff, proximity to the sea, sea view, bathrobes and slippers. Of the disadvantages, the price per room, there is no heating in the rooms, they give a heater and a split can be turned on, but if you turn everything on together, it knocks out the light. We were in the most expensive room in this hotel. The price per day for 2 adults and a child is 9,800 rubles. The rooms are tired, it is clear that everything was fine before. The pool was not heated, but it was big, clean or not, I don't know, it was closed. We were there from October 29 to October 31. Lots of flowers in front of the hotel, very beautiful. The restaurant: there were breakfasts and you could just eat for everyone. The price tag is high, they cook well. Breakfast is not a buffet, you choose from 6 suggested options. In general, the hotel is a solid four. If there is a financial opportunity to pay, then you can go.

Excellent location of the hotel (indeed, 1st line). Comfortable spacious rooms, without luxury, but have everything you need: air conditioning, mini bar, electric kettle. Everything is very clean, daily cleaning and change of towels.
This year, a huge swimming pool was opened, and admission is free for hotel customers.
The breakfasts are not bad, you can choose 1 of 7 options. But in fact, it's almost always scrambled eggs.
There are no complaints about the service at the hotel, well done!
The price tag at the hotel is very high, but the pros outweigh the cons in any case! Therefore, I put 5 *!
There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, I would not recommend it. Most of the ordered dishes were stale: the salad was clearly sliced the day before, the hodgepodge and meat in Abkhazian did not even consider it necessary to heat up properly (the meat was still warm!!!), the shrimps were frozen, shish kebab - here as luck would have it... And all this despite the fact that the price tag is clearly above average for Abkhazia. The only thing is that the pizza seems to be normal, the children were very satisfied (I did not try it, because pizza should be eaten in Italy).
The service is slow, but the waiters are polite. In this regard, it is worth noting a lot of progress compared to previous years! However, the restaurant barely gets a "C".

We liked the room with a sea view, it was clean and cozy, there was enough of everything)
The linen is clean, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are great, we slept great!
Nice mini bar in the room. Teapot, mugs)
The air conditioner works perfectly, because in the heat it is important.
The pool has not been visited, but it looks impressive. Since there is a beach nearby, of course we went to the sea)
The included breakfasts are very tasty, without frills, but quite nutritious.
It was just a pity to leave, but we will come back to you at every opportunity)

Nice hotel, rooms are large and clean, cleaning every day, bed linen and towels are always clean. The sea is just a stone's throw away!
The breakfasts are delicious. The pool was somewhat upset, it is very deep for professionals, you can't swim with a small child, but the next day the storm ended and we swam in the sea again.

The description of the hotel shows a pool that actually belongs to another hotel and has a paid entrance - this is a bit confusing and creates false expectations. It is advisable to equip the shared kitchen with pots and each house with at least a small table.

Delight! The best location is on the first line by the sea (from the windows of the room you can see dolphins that constantly dive 50 meters from the shore) on the pedestrian embankment in the most decent resort area of Sukhum. The ideal service is regular cleaning with the replacement of all towels, super-friendly and open girls at the reception, access to an open 50m.the pool, delicious breakfasts. Great hotel. I want to come back here. The room is great. Noise insulation at a height. During the entire stay, none of the neighbors have heard. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed daily. We saw one flying mosquito in the room, came, we have a fumitox, although we didn't even tell anyone anything. Parking is free, clothes can be ironed in the corridor (free of charge). The breakfasts are awesome. The restaurant is very tasty, and most importantly, you can pay with a card. It was the last weekend of October. The hotel is not crowded, so it is quiet and peaceful. The pool was not heated, but I think there is no end to it in the summer.☺️

A Dam hotel that you want to return to! We were in Sukhum for the first time for 5 days from October 24 to October 29, lived in apartments, chose a hotel for a long time according to reviews and did not miss out. The price corresponds to the quality. The sea from the balcony, the sound of waves and dolphins! The room is great, everything worked, it was cool, the split was turned on, the family in the apartment is super comfortable! The children are on the 2nd floor in the turret, there are 2 sofas on the balcony, for an evening with a company overlooking the sea, that's the thing! We chose different breakfasts, everything was delicious and satisfying in its own way, water was boiled into tea from the tap, after the filter, we washed our hands and the rest was a great success! The girls at the reception are all smart, friendly, we needed to check out a little later, since we were leaving by train, we went to meet them without any problems!
